Some gentleman got on here and slandered one of the best employees here at Orielys Ms Torie saying how rude she was she has been a bug help to me when I come and ive been coming for quite a while ordering parts for my car and she has been there every step with me to help me and she's very knowledgeable. She the best employee they have. Love Torie she's the sweetest

When my 2010 Honda Civic broke a Serpentine belt while I was driving I just was able to make it to an O’Reilly’s auto parts in Fort Payne, Alabama where I purchased a belt and borrowed a tool with the intentions of putting the belt on in the parking lot myself. I’m very thankful to the manager, Lawrence Galloway, who went above and beyond his responsibility to install the belt himself for me. This required him to crawl under the car and reach into the engine compartment to route the belt onto the pulleys. During installation, it began to rain so not only did he get greasy, but he also got wet. After the belt was installed, and I cranked the engine, everything’s fine. I offered to pay him and he wouldn’t accept anything. From now on O’Reillys will be my auto parts place of choice.

We had an electrical problem with camper lights & brakes while on a camping trip. Got off the interstate and found an O'Reillys. The manager went out of his way to find and fix the problem. He crawled under the truck and fixed the issue. Then he wouldn't let me pay him for his time. He went above and beyond.

Picture it. . .Ft Payne Alabama 2025......
The radio continues to turn off and back on, now the cruise control is doing the same. I call my brother, and we determine it's probably the alternator not generating enough power to the battery. We plan, I get an alternator and fresh crisp fully charged battery to get me as far as it's pink little fuzzy Energizer legs will get me, at which point he'll drive up and swamp out the alternator.
I pull in to O O O O'Reilly's tell my plan to Denise behind the counter, she looks at me and says, how bout we test things before you go all Willy Nilly buying things you may not need. 🤔🤔🤔 I reply, sounds like a better plan than mine Denise, test away. 👍👍👍
Come to find out, wasnt the alternator t'at all,🤷🤷 just a dying fuzzy pink bunny battery. Who's wittle wegs were struggling to keep me going. 🥹(Or, didn't like my audio book so it kept turning it off)
Replacement battery I get, under warranty it was, and AWAY WE GO!! (Almost get T boned by a Saturn pulling out of O Reillys, 😳. OH HEEEELLL NO!!! We DID NOT just go through all of this to be T-BONED by a SATURN numb skull not paying attention to traffic lights, NO SIR!!) 🙅♀️📵🙅
🎶On the road again, I went flying down the highway, my way🎶 Then BAM!!!! 💣I shit you not, entire back window goes KABLEWEY!! 💥🧨🤯 The interstate parts behind me like the Red Sea!! 🛣️🌊🚛
Glass stars waterfalling into the back, 🤯‼️⛲I'm checking all my bits for shrapnel cause I have 🅾️ idea what just had happened. 👀👀 (luckily, Denise's battery swap had cruise control back to fully operational status so I was able to maintain speed and not cause any further rukus) 😅👍😅 Thanks Denise!! ♥️
After stopping in Birmingham, where I'm able to fill up at a reasonably low price per gallon with my membership card, I bypass the $5 rotisserie chickens, amazing deals on all paper products, free samples, and head to the food court for a gigantic $1.50 slice, .79¢ soda and a few needed deep breaths!! 😁🥤🍕
I get back on the road shortly there after, bundled up like the kid from a Christmas story who can't put his arms down,( as I now have zero need for a battery to operate the natural AC blowing in at 70 mph from the back!) 🌬️🥶🌨️ and wonder what other fun ADVENTURES await the remaining 5 hour drive ahead!! 🚧🛣️👍
