Walking into this store is like walking into a breath of fresh air. It is so clean neat and organized. The Manager Tracy is so very pleasant and Professional. She spent at least 20 minutes searching for my part that had been discontinued by the car manufacturer. Tracy never once got frustrated or aggravated in her search, she was just persistant. She has definitely made me a lifetime customer. This store is just amazing with their friendly and knowledgeable staff and fantastic customer service

Fantastic knowledgeable and professional service. The assistant manager, Ashley, not only found the part I needed, she even installed it for me, checked my alternator, and made sure the work I did was correct (I’m definitely no mechanic).

I was helped by Christina and she could not have been nicer! She took her time to make sure that we were looking up the right thing as my husband had sent me in with the picture of the part, but no name. She even pulled over one of her coworkers to make triple sure she got it right. I’ll be coming to this location from now on! We are so happy we finally have a location out here by us. It’s so much better than going into town.

Travis was very helpful when I came in at 3 minutes before they closed an Travis and mason was very helpful on getting my headlight bulb

My 91 Camaros alternator went out and we broke down right outside their building. They helped us by letting us barrow tools and ordered a new alternator, they also showed and helped us install it even made sure it ran. Will definitely start using them for all vehicles parts.

I gotta say, I get really nervous going into auto places and garages because it doesn't feel like anyone there takes me seriously. But when I went in this last Saturday, December 28th, Ashley went above and beyond to help me out. From explaining what I'd need for my power steering, helping me figure out what I needed according to my budget, and overall being patient with any questions I had without making me feel dumb. When I return, I'll be asking for her 🙏🏼
