Thank you to José!
He was very helpful with helping me find the correct headlight bulbs for my car and then installing them for me.
I was previously sold the wrong type of light, but he quickly resolved my issue!
Both employees were fantastic and I recommend coming to this location!

I didn’t even know this place was there at first since it’s co-located with a tire shop. However, I’m glad I went. The customer service was beyond reproach. While I was looking at items, they told me there were cheaper, discontinued products (labeling changed) in the back. So, I bought more than I intended due to slashed prices. Then, I needed a car battery and the assistant manager explained the differences of each type to ensure I knew what I was getting for my money. On top of that, he installed it! Great service! I will definitely be back!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is objectively better than most, besides mom & pop auto parts stores, if you have the ability always support local small businesses. I always, for the longest time, felt Suto Zone had some superiority, for reasons yet obscure to me, probably has something to do with their marketing. But, since I've been going with more regularity as of late, I've compared selection, pricing, and customer service between O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and another Auto parts store who's name I can't recall and O'Reilly seems to reign supreme!
Remember, Mom & Pop/local small business Auto parts stores should be your go to, because supporting your community should take precedence over corporate stores. Billionaires are never ethical and don't need nor deserve your money, if you can avoid it. If you don't have that option, go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

A big thank you to the staff at O'Reilly's - especially Jose and Sophia. I came in today needing a new headlight bulb as well has having issues with a bulb that was recently replaced at another business. Not only did they find me exactly what I needed, they both came out to my car and installed both new bulbs. Incredible customer service! Thank you for making my day.
