I was freezing while waiting for takeout and went back to my car for a sweater, only to discover that my Mercedes key battery was dead! Thankfully, my husband was with me.
He tried learning how to replace it on YouTube, but it looked too complicated, so he went to O’Reilly and met Jaiden. Jaiden was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He replaced the batteries in all three of our Mercedes keys in no time, and it only cost $17!
We were so impressed with his excellent customer service. My husband mentioned he was from Germany, and Jaiden told us he was from Italy—he was just as warm and friendly as all the Italians we’ve met on our 15 trips to Italy.
Highly recommend O’Reilly, especially Jaiden, for great service!

Customer service was excellent. I spoke to the owner and manager Tad Schwartz regarding a warrantee on a battery. He was a nice enough to make several calls to figure out where the battery was purchased and do the exchanged under the warranty even without the receipt.
They also have lots of cleaning products and fun items for your car.

He was very helpful with helping me find the correct headlight bulbs for my car and then installing them for me.
I was previously sold the wrong type of light, but he quickly resolved my issue!
Both employees were fantastic and I recommend coming to this location!

I didn’t even know this place was there at first since it’s co-located with a tire shop. However, I’m glad I went. The customer service was beyond reproach. While I was looking at items, they told me there were cheaper, discontinued products (labeling changed) in the back. So, I bought more than I intended due to slashed prices. Then, I needed a car battery and the assistant manager explained the differences of each type to ensure I knew what I was getting for my money. On top of that, he installed it! Great service! I will definitely be back!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is objectively better than most, besides mom & pop auto parts stores, if you have the ability always support local small businesses. I always, for the longest time, felt Suto Zone had some superiority, for reasons yet obscure to me, probably has something to do with their marketing. But, since I've been going with more regularity as of late, I've compared selection, pricing, and customer service between O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and another Auto parts store who's name I can't recall and O'Reilly seems to reign supreme!
Remember, Mom & Pop/local small business Auto parts stores should be your go to, because supporting your community should take precedence over corporate stores. Billionaires are never ethical and don't need nor deserve your money, if you can avoid it. If you don't have that option, go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.
