I went there because my car key fobs were not responsive. Mr. Danny (Assistant Manager) welcomed me with a smile. He patiently took a look at the fobs and noticed that it just needed some cleaning of dirt inside that was interfering with the circuit. He tested the batteries of the fob and told me honestly that they are fine and don’t need to be replaced. At the end of my 10 minute pleasant experience, I asked what do I owe for his service? His response was, nothing at all. Thank you for such a thoughtful customer service!

I came in during the morning because I had to buy some lights for my car. I went in and as I was checking out the light bulbs, Jonathon politely asked me if I needed any assistance finding anything.
I’m glad he did lol. He ended up locating the specific lights that I needed for my car in under 5 minutes, so I really appreciated his efficiency and quick service!
I also needed a screwdriver which he also helped me to locate.
The lights I ended up getting were perfect and the check out process was quick and easy, too!
This was my first time at this O’Reilly location, and I would definitely come back if I need their help again!

I had a great experience with Johnathan! He went above and beyond to help me find the exact battery I needed and even took the time to help me install it. You don’t always come across that kind of customer service, genuinely willing to help. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance!

I’ve been to this location several times, but today one of their employees needs recognition. I came in on May 10, 2025. I thought I had a battery issue in my 2007 Toyota Camry. Gabriel came outside right away, with a smile and great attitude, and tested it for me and confirmed that the battery was bad. My battery, that I bought at the same store was 5 years old, which is pretty good by the way. However, Gabriel’s customer service and demeanor is Top Notch and a 5 star in my opinion. Thanks!

I had one of the best experiences in recent years when purchasing something from a retailer! I came to buy headlight beams, and the Assistant Manager, Danny, paid great attention to my questions. He guided me without trying to upsell a model I didn’t need. Furthermore, when I shared with him that I usually install them myself, but I had lost my glasses and was waiting for a new prescription to arrive, he offered to install them for me. Before coming to this store, I had approached several other shops, and no one would offer. I recommend this store highly and specifically Danny! Keep up the awesome work!!

Needed a new battery unexpectedly, and the service I received from the manager Jonathan was excellent. He assured me over the phone that they would be able to install the new battery and ensured I knew the price. When I arrived, he installed the battery and educated me on corrosion and helpful tips to prevent that in the future. He was polite, friendly and helpful, so I wanted to leave a review highlighting what a great manager he is. Give him a raise!!
