Matthew the Manager helped me get the right belt I needed for my car. And helped me install it. I got it after an hour of working on it. Matthew even called people to help me , but by the time they came, I already installed the belt. All this is appreciated as a customer and as a person who recently lost their brother, it felt great to get help. Thanks again Matthew.

want to give a big thank you to Matthew at this O’Reilly location. I actually called this store by accident while trying to reach another O’Reilly, but it ended up being the best thing that could’ve happened.
Before reaching Matthew, I had an issue at another store where an associate named Jonathan helped me with my battery, but the situation was handled poorly and left me with damage that I had to deal with on my own. I was told I would be reimbursed, but nothing ever moved forward and I couldn’t afford the repair cost at the time.
When I explained everything to Matthew, he didn’t rush me or brush me off. He listened, understood what happened, and immediately took control of the situation. He broke down exactly what the issue was, found the exact part I needed, tracked it down at Hyundai in Modesto, and set everything up he fixed the problem that same day. He went above and beyond in a way the other store did not. Thank you Matt

I was taking a long trip from San Diego to Oregon when the steering on my truck got really stiff. I pulled over at my nearest auto parts store where i met a young Oreillys employee i believe his name was Edger or Edward. I did not know what was wrong with my car and within seconds he diagnosed the problem. He showed me that my one of my belts ripped in half.
What really stood out was that even after he had already clocked out for the day, he took the time to help me install the new belt when it was freezing cold and dark out so I could get back on the road. That level of honesty, and dedication is why I’m taking time to write this review. Good friendly folk here at Oreillys

Our engine light came on while traveling to Oregon. We pulled up to the store and asked for a free “code” test.
They were very helpful and upon reading the code suggested a local repair shop.
The employee who helped us was named Dan. Great customer service!
And he seemed like a very genuine good guy.

The service is outstanding. I bought windshield wiper blades and they installed them for me and would not let me give them a tip. The manager was outstanding.

Had a really great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lathrop, California. Trish really went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue! Trish walked out to my car with me and with her knowledge and expertise was able to help me get my vehicle in better working order. They could have sold me a part and sent me on my way, but instead they added that extra bit of customer service. It made a huge difference for me. I can’t recommend this O’Reilly’s location enough. They’ll definitely continue to get my future business. Thank you so much Trish, and the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts Lathrop, Ca!!!
