Came in today for a Christmas tree situation and Edgar and the team at this location helped us get back on the road quickly. A plethora of knowledge when it came to our issue. Diagnostic showed a MAF sensor issue and the team here offered an excellent cleaning solution. Thank you Edgar and team.

John Go’s the distance!
I came to him with nothing more than the words. “I need a fuel pump for a 350 Chevy”
And from there he put in the work and with some descriptions, a picture on my end, and some resistance from the owner of the vehicle, John was able to figure out that 350 Chevy fuel pump, was indeed the same as a 283cc Chev. (The pump in the customers car)
Against the owners pride and on my word, John had that pump rushed in by noon the same day.
Sure as hell. John nailed it. And it was the exact pump required!
This is a condensed version of this whole dilemma, But just know that John isn’t going to just give up, and let some riddle of what fuel pump do I have slow his roll.
Best O’Reilly’s auto parts goin!

Wow , I was in a pickle and Edgar solved my crisis. I opened my key FOB to change battery and all the parts fell out. I tried and tried but just didn’t get it right. I took it to Edgar at the counter and within minutes he had it put back together. Yes I am old and clumsy and half blind! He was a godsend! Thank you and this store goes beyond helping local neighbors! Thanks again! Mardi

They usually have what I need, the other day I needed one windshield wiper for the driver's side and of course the employee installed it for me. That's awesome.

I was looking for a product they didn't have in stock. The clerk said it would take about 1.5 hours to get it to the store. I went to breakfast then went back about 1.5 hours later and the delivery with my item arrived. Easy peasy and saved me a second trip, which is always appreciated!

Five Stars Isn’t Enough for John!
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by John at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how amazing he was. My tail light had gone out unexpectedly, and I stopped by hoping for a little help — what I got was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. John, who was on CRUTCHES, didn’t let that stop him one bit. He went back and forth from my car to the store multiple times, determined to make sure I had the right part and that everything was working perfectly before I left. His kindness, patience, and determination were truly something special. You could tell he genuinely cared and took pride in helping customers. In a world where great service can be hard to find, John is a shining example of what it means to go the extra mile — even while on crutches. O’Reilly is lucky to have someone like him, and I hope he gets all the recognition he deserves. Thank you, John, for turning a stressful situation into a moment of genuine gratitude.
