I was at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in Red Bluff location 2/28/25. I need to get new bulb for my car headlights. The gentleman named Peter was the one who assisted me. I asked him if he could help me to installed those headlights bulb in my car? Without hesitation, he installed it for me. Thank you for your helped and great customer service. BTW, it wasn't the first time I got helped from them this was my second time and I forgot to leave a review in the other gentleman that helped me. Thank you O'Reilly for great customer service. ...

I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Red Bluff, California, and I can’t say enough good things about the store manager, Peter. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this store is well-run and customer-focused. Peter leads by example—he’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers get exactly what they need.
He took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and made sure I left with the correct parts and confidence in the solution. The entire team reflects his leadership: friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, which makes the experience even better.

I was in the Red Bluff store about 2-weeks ago with a battery issue. "Peter" looked at my battery, cleaned it up a bit (Actually, a Lot!!), and I haven't had an issue since!!! What Service! Peter explained to me what had happened, and he "cleaned" up the problem! Wow!! What a Place! Don S.

They are soo helpful been going there since I was 17 I own a Volkswagen jetta my first European vehicle and I just simply needed a leather steering wheel cover due to northern California's summers the steering wheel has melted 🫠 quite a bit they ended up looking up my model and finding the exact fit and style I was looking for in a matter of a minute and helped me give ne some pointers on my vehicle I'm truly happy that even when you are clueless they don't make you feel dumb or ignorant great place and if they don't have the answers they well find it and not give up on you
