A very helpful, conscientious and competent young man whose name I did not catch helped me put coolant into my xc90 today after a mishap yesterday in which a sales person at a different auto parts company mistakenly put windshield wiper fluid into my radiator tank then failed to replace the cap, causing the coolant to spatter and reduce to nothing after I drive the car 300 miles this morning. This young man then advised me how long to wait before continuing my journey, how to check the coolant level when I arrived home, and made double sure he was using the correct coolant for the car. He was impressively careful and correct about every detail. O'Reiily will be getting my business going forward.

If you need a tool but don't need it more than once their loaner program is essential for the job...put a deposit on the tool...many are available including torque wrenches and axle nut sockets. Complete the job at hand and return them for a full refund. It's that easy. Tool rentals are 48 hours which usually gives enough time for the job

What a team! I was stuck with a dead trailer battery and they went above and beyond to help me get it replaced. Miguel.was the guy who answered my desperate call, and he was amazing! Great customer service...Thank you!!!!

I was at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in Red Bluff location 2/28/25. I need to get new bulb for my car headlights. The gentleman named Peter was the one who assisted me. I asked him if he could help me to installed those headlights bulb in my car? Without hesitation, he installed it for me. Thank you for your helped and great customer service. BTW, it wasn't the first time I got helped from them this was my second time and I forgot to leave a review in the other gentleman that helped me. Thank you O'Reilly for great customer service. ...

I was in the Red Bluff store about 2-weeks ago with a battery issue. "Peter" looked at my battery, cleaned it up a bit (Actually, a Lot!!), and I haven't had an issue since!!! What Service! Peter explained to me what had happened, and he "cleaned" up the problem! Wow!! What a Place! Don S.
