Kirt and Brandee were amazing! They helped me pick out and replace my windshield wipers and even showed me how to install them myself. So kind, patient, and funny !! truly great customer service. Thank you both!

Really great experience. Called on the phone because I had a car battery that needed to be replaced immediately. Kirt assured me they had in stock. I parked my car walked in the store and Kirt was right there to greet me and said we have everything you need! He helped me select a few other Auto items that he recommended as well. Phone was ringing off the hook customers were coming in- and-out and Kirt and his associate were super welcoming & friendly and able to juggle & manage all the customers's needs with professionalism and great customer service! Definitely recommend this store.

Kirt was amazingly helpful and friendly! He saw that I was struggling, trying to figure out what adapters to use for new wiper blades, and he just came over and volunteered his help… He was invaluable. Made me feel like this was the best auto store ever!

Had a heck of a hiccup replacing my brakes, a certain online company had them listed as correct for my car. They were not. Tried my hand with O’Reilly, Kirt answered the phone, was knowledgable and efficient. Made me aware of what deals they had, as well as recommendations for what items to get. Hooked me up with a set of rear brakes as well as some extra necessities. I pulled up to the shop, he remembered me, had my order already put aside, and got me helped out. Super cool dude, and definitely more than helped me In my time of need. Quality location and quality man, can’t recommend more!

I was fortunate enough to blow both my low beam headlights because it brought me to the remarkable kindness and generosity of Kirt and Brandee. These two employees went above and beyond to help me not only select the correct bulbs but Kirt even replaced the bulbs for me. I offered to pay Kirt and he refused. I have been having a rough go recently. I needed a win. The kindness of these two reminded me that people still have compassion and care about others. This is the place you need to go for your auto needs. They employ the right people. Thank You to Kirt and Brandee. Really exceptional people!!!

Kirt and Brandee are the absolute best! I’ve been having some weird power issues with my vehicle and they took their time and answered all of my questions and performed tests on the alternator, battery, and starter. They had the best customer service and O’Reilly has for sure earned me as a customer for life. If I need anything I’ll make sure to stop in. Thank you Kirt and Brandee for being so helpful and awesome!

I was on my way out of town when a warning appeared that my coolant was low. Randall was amazing - helped me pick out the right coolant for my car model and even stepped outside to help me fill it up. I really appreciated the kind, fantastic service! Thanks Randall!
