I don’t typically write reviews, but the customer service and helpfulness of Steven over at this Berthoud location was exceptional! Had an issue going on with the car, helped diagnose it, recommended an alternative part to what I’d been using, and helped install it in the cold. Awesome

Brandon was more than helpful—he was extremely kind and took the time to clearly explain our options for a new car battery. He was also very understanding and accommodating of my disability, which made the entire experience stress-free and positive. There’s no doubt that I’ll be returning to O’Reilly Auto Parts in the future, and I sincerely hope Brandon will be there to assist us again. Highly recommend!

5 stars all the way. I can't say enough about the treatment I received from the gentlemen at O'Reilly in Berthoud, CO. Shout out to Brandon, who rescued me and my dead battery on a cold winter day. I was at my wit's end, when I finally thought to call O'Reilly instead of stopping cars to see if they had jumper cables.
Brandon came over right away, jumped my car in seconds, and had me follow him back to the store.
Back at the store, the 4 other employees gathered round to address my dilemna. I needed a new battery, but couldn't afford it. We figured out a plan, and they replaced my battery then and there. They also checked my alternator, which thankfully was okay.
I went on my way with assurances to come back if I needed anything.
What a group of guys. O'Reilly, forever!

We were towing a car hauler with a 2004 F350 when we lost power brakes, steering and charging, able to pull into Buckees and stopped. The serpentine belt was shredded.
I called this location to check parts, and was helped by Steven E who said he would hold part and print out a diagram for us. While I was looking online for a ride share, a local Good Samaritan offered to drive me to the store and back. Steven sold me the belt plus recommended some tools. He said to call if we couldn’t fix it and he would help us out.
Sure enough we couldn’t get it past the tensioner. We called back and Steven offered to come help us after work.
He replaced the belt in no time at all. Pretty awesome at 9:00 on a Sunday night.
He even texted me after awhile to make sure we made it to Parker.
I have always been a Oreilly customer and will remain for life.

95% of the time they have what i need. From oddities to parts that arent found. I drive a Jeep Commander and she is always throwing curves at me for maintenance. These guys have been on point!

The staff at this location went above and beyond getting me back on the road.Shout out to the manager Mike for assisting me fast and efficient even help me put in the battery when I didn’t have the tools and came were I was broke down. Big time thanks to you guys.
