I normally don’t write reviews, but Luis provided me with such great customer service that I had to go out of my way to write him one.
Luis was attentive on not only helping me choose the right battery but also knowledgeable helping me install it despite my battery rack being hard to access. All this are things I rarely get at other auto part companies

Stop by today to purchase an air filter, Luis Was great once again. Honestly, everyone at this location is phenomenal. they never hesitate to assist. There’s no such thing as to many questions for Luis. I hate the prices but the EMPLOYEES!!! They’re the reason I show up for my vehicles need.

The two employees I met, Luis and Rey, were so helpful! I just went in to buy some oil for my car and they offered to help and even did a sort of mini-diagnostic on my car to see if there are any issues.(lol I really needed that, my car got issues already😭).
They fixed part of my AC, help with my tires and gave me a lot of advise for future car maintenance and other issues I had that could be fixed.
Definitely recommend going there, they really went out of their way to help me🙏.

So I have a Super Start Extreme battery that I purchased from my sister's reliable mechanic while vacationing in central Florida 18 months ago. Though it worked great, the South Florida heat is really tough on batteries, and now mine wouldn't turn over the car a couple days ago. I tested and slow charged it at 2amp/hr with my reliable auto charger, but it wouldn't get over 10.2 volts. Even though I didn't have an original O'Reilly receipt, which the warranty called for in order to honor it. The manager at this North Miami store, Javier Martinez, provided exceptional customer service, and suggested that I call their 800 number. Just to confirm that there wouldn't be any problem with the battery replacement fully covered under their 3-year limited warranty. I did that. It didn't take long, and although he did need to briefly speak to my mechanic, and to see the original receipt, they had no problem swapping it out for a brand new battery if the same type. I really do appreciate his assistance, and he checked that one was in stock, too. So I highly recommend them for excellent customer service, and I highly recommend purchasing their batteries, and I can't thank them at all enough. If you need any help just give Javier a call. He's a great guy. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Get your auto supplies from O'Reilly they really stand behind them, and these days that's hard to find.

I have to say that Luis who works at O Riellys on 135st is the most helpful man I ever knew. His knowledge about cars is excellent. I would go back to this store anytime. He went out of his way for me, a complete stranger.
