Alvin at O’Reilly Auto Parts went way above and beyond to help us. He didn’t just do the bare minimum, he truly went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. It is rare these days to come across someone so helpful, patient, and genuinely willing to assist.
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service Alvin provided. O’Reilly Auto Parts is lucky to have such a good employee representing their store. Thank you, Alvin, for making the experience a great one.

Mr. Alvin and Ol' Edwin. I say Ol' Edwin for the irony, as he is a young man. A young man seemingly obsessed with uniting me and my perfect battery.
He was direct with my questions and had a few of his own. Arising from our battery related Q and A's
was you guessed it, my perfect battery. The helpful , quick witted, and knowledgeable Ol' Edwin had found my perfect battery . Best damn price in town too, btw. I know cause I called the one other place.
Dwarfing this feat was the conversation which I can only say made me wax nostalgic for the Americana when the only self check out we did was a smellfie though I don't know what we called it back then.
Great conversation Ol' Edwin, your friendly 'come on down' attitude is much needed in today's or anydays world.
That was just the pre sale call! I had yet but then did have the pleasure of coming in to the store and dealing with Mr. Alvin. Short on words , he swapped out my core battery like a bear sitting in a clear cool stream catching fish swimming upstream.

Yesterday my husband and I went to O’Reilly’s for a windshield wiper and some engine oil. Alvin B assisted us in the best product and replaced the wiper , checked the oil and put some oil in my husband’s engine. He was very kind, informative and legitimately concerned about our wellbeing of getting home to Texas safely. He had excellent customer service!!

Today I was decided to replace my battery because it died (at least that's what I thought) and came to O'Reilly Auto Parts, Alvin from the store helped me, after running a thorough testing on battery, starter and alternator, he showed me that everything was fine with my battery, I just needed to use it more frequently. I really appreciate his honesty and not trying to take advantage of the situation. So Alvin, thank you very much, you are the best !!

I am so grateful for Alvin! I called around multiple stores trying to find a rear wiper for my Kia Seltos. Edwin held on to it for me until I arrived and Alvin took his time to help me. He was knowledgeable and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I drove away with a solution. He was so patient, so kind, and took the time to educate me. I'm so appreciative, I will ABSOLUTELY be coming here for any other auto part needs.

EDWIN, was so amazing so educated on everything he was able to explain everything with complete understanding absolutely did an amazing job can’t be anymore greatfull! As well as providing steps on how do everything and giving me all the info on all I needed for my AC witch was not cooling at the time! 10/10

I had a great experience at this location! Alvin was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely kind! I had an ongoing issue and Alvin was not only able to help me within minutes, he saved me from having to spend unnecessary money!

Alvin Williams is a patient and diligent worker. He was extremely helpful. I came to O’Reilly’s for a check engine light and Alvin took care of everything, helping me order parts for my car with no problem(s).
