I came in looking for tools to change my brake light, and Jared greeted me right away and asked how he could help. He took the time to understand the issue and walked me through what I needed. Even with a few difficulties and in the freezing cold he still made sure everything got done. I truly appreciate his kindness, patience, and for providing the right tools so I can handle it myself next time. Excellent customer service and definitely recommend him.

There was a car from a local dealership that I was intending to buy, so I drove it over to O'Reillys to do a quick diagnostics test.
With the help of Nafeesah, Matt, and Another employee from O'Reillys, I decided not to make the grand purchase. Everyone in the building, was so kind and friendly! They ran the diagnostic test on the vehicle, to help me determine the unseen issues. Turns out the car had 8 different codes pop up, and the car dealership was deemed unreliable. Nafeesah and Matt were so knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what each code meant, how much the repairs would be. With the knowledge and help of Nafeesah and Matt, I was able to determine that the purchase would be a great waste. They recommended me to another dealership (which worked out way better)! Overall, they left us smiling and feeling confident about the decision!

The Wrightsboro store has very friendly staff, is very clean , well stocked
and they are very helpful. Never had a bad experience and I consider it excellent customer service, especially the service provided by Matthew J. I highly recommend it out of all the part stores in the Augusta area 🎊
