Shane knows how to take care of customers and promptly. I've ordered parts and they're usually ready at some point the following day. I go to pick them up and another employee spends time looking up the order and then going to the back to find the part. I just ask Shane if I can have my order sitting there on the shelf already ready to go for me. He'll help you find something and has assisted me on multiple transactions.
I go to O'Reilly because I've been using Super Start batteries since 2015 and have had really good luck with quality. I can find GM replacement parts in stock at most locations when I couldn't at other stores.

Jimmy was an excellent help! My battery was bad, he came out right away in the rain tested it for me. Got me a new battery, helped me install it, actually did his job! Absolutely loved to see it! Totally made my week!

I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Jimmy. I had recently been pulled over for a dim headlight, even though the bulb had been replaced less than a year ago. I came in to purchase a new headlight bulb and explained the situation to Jimmy. He quickly found the correct bulb and, while installing it, realized the previous one had not been put in properly. It was a little tricky, but he took the time to make sure the bulb was securely locked in place. I could immediately tell the difference once he was done, so I had him replace the other side as well. Jimmy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The service was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to come back for any future auto parts needs and ask for his assistance.

I can’t thank you enough for helping my husband and I today! Out of town, heading to Montana a MM d our coolant light came on. Stopped in and felt like family. The gentleman (Jim I think) was incredible. He knew exactly what we needed for our Land Rover. He came out, looked at the vehicle, and back out again to fill it for us. Outstanding! Thank you so much for you kindness!
