I was very low on antifreeze and drive a German SUV. I went in, not knowing which product I needed. Adrian researched the type of antifreeze and then filled it up. I so appreciated the help as I had no one to help me. Thank you Adrian for the outstanding service!

I’ve always loved orilleys and after seeing the truck you guys have I love your guys shop even more. Some of yall need to calm down and understand, IT AINT THAT SERIOUS, it’s Halloween, a time for people to dress up and throw up props on their houses or vehicles, nobody says anything about the stuff at haunted mansion or haunted world. What makes this any different. 10/10 earned my respect, love you guys!
And all you people saying “hope yall like losing customers” it has no effect on them. It will always be in demand. A few customers here and there isn’t gonna hurt their ego too much, go do something better keyboard warriors.

I have to give a shoutout to the Caldwell O’Reilly Auto Parts — not just for their awesome staff (who always find what I need before I even finish describing it), but for the epic Halloween decoration they had out front! It was so good I actually planned to bring my kids back to see it… but when we showed up, it was gone. Just like that. Vanished. Like a ghost — which, I guess, is very on-theme for Halloween, but still… my heart broke a little in the parking lot. I don’t know who put that masterpiece together, but please bring it back next year (or sooner — I’m not above looking at a pumpkin in March). It was the kind of display that makes you want to buy spark plugs and a fog machine. So yes — five stars for excellent auto parts, five more for spooky seasonal spirit, and one tear for the decoration that got away. 🎃👻

I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores, but the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Caldwell really stands out. I came in needing what felt like half the store — about ten different parts ranging from brake pads and filters to a new battery and some wiring connectors — and they handled it all like absolute pros.
Every single employee I talked to was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help. They double-checked part numbers, helped me compare brands and prices, and even walked me through a few installation tips that saved me a ton of time later. You can tell they actually care about helping people get their vehicles running right — not just making a sale.
The store was clean, well-stocked, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. I left with everything I needed and a lot more confidence in what I was doing.
