Let me tell you, I feel like I met my new Family down at O'Reilly in Webster today!
Called them to see if they had batteries for my Mom's mobility scooter today. Young Lady answered the phone, "How ya doing?" Then caught herself as we both giggled and gave the corporate " Thank you for calling O'Reilly. This is ___(Can't believe I forgot her name!). How can I help you?"
She checked if they had 12v and 18v batteries in stock and a long phillips head screwdriver. I was there in 5 minutes and greeted with the same voice as I walked in with the battery case. Her and another young man tried to open the battery case, but had the same issue as me with the screwdriver not being long enough.
In walks Phil to the rescue. He's the Assistant Manager over there with a nickname of "Philly Cheesesteak". By the time he got all 8 screws out, I had chatted with each of the employees as they walked by and looked at our project wondering what this big black box was and inquiring how it was put together like they all wanted to know in case they ever saw something like this again. Even the Manager checked it out.
Unfortunately, once we opened it we found out "Mr. Taco" had just sold the last one I needed! It was all good though, we found them available up at the new location on Lincoln St. ( Nice store and the gentleman that helped me was nice, but not as welcoming as the Webster crew that I am now a bit biased towards.) Anyho, Phil offered to help me put the batteries back in the case if I wanted so back to Webster I went!
Greeted by the crew with a bunch of smiles and asking how the journey went. I can't express how great their customer service skills are!
O'Reilly's, you could make a new commercial on this one! Not only helping with your car but helping elders with their mobility as well!
HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE WEBSTER MA CREW! You guys ROCK! You brought a much needed smile to my day and helped an elderly lady regain her independence and mobility back in the process!!!

I highly recommend this location. I went in looking for oil for my car, Jonathan went above and beyond. He checked my oil levels, made sure my oil was put in correctly and taught me how to check my oil levels next time. Amazing service from a kind person!

Stopped in for a new battery and set of lights for my Camry and was helped by David, who was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He exceeded all expectations I had when I walked in. I’d highly recommend this shop and these staff members for all your vehicle needs.

After a bad experience at a parts store down the road, I tried my luck at Oreillys and was not disappointed. I’ll be going there instead from now on. Not only is the staff friendly, they take their time to help instead of treating the customer as just another sale.

Shane and Juan were the best they went above and beyond with service. They were helpful and beyond sweet! I went to advanced auto and auto zone they both said no to doing what Shane and Juan did! Great service!
