I have had a great experience every time I stop in. The team is very welcoming and always eager to help. I’ve visited several times over the past few weeks, and Ty has been especially helpful—he takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t very car-savvy. Highly recommend this location!

I recently stopped in this store to buy some windshield wiper blades for my husband's vehicle that I was driving for the day. An employee named Ty provided me with OUTSTANDING service!
Ty looked up my vehicle make & model, walked me over to the wiper aisle, asked me if I wanted help picking out a product, and when I told him "yes", he asked me a few follow-up questions (like budget, performance goals, etc.) and ultimately, helped me select a great Bosch product, without "overselling me."
When I went to pay for the wipers, I realized that I left my wallet at home. I was really short on time and didn't have time to run home and back to the store. I asked Ty if the store took Apple Pay/electronic payments from an iPhone (he said they did!) but I didn't know how to do this. Ty patiently walked me through the process. I was able to pay for the purchase -- plus I learned a new tech trick!!!
After my purchase was paid for, Ty asked if I wanted him to install the wipes. I told him yes, but that I was short on time! He installed the wipers on the vehicle very quickly, disposed of the new product packaging and my old wiper blades.
The new wiper blades are FANTASTIC and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very, very long time.
Ty is a fantastic O'Reilly employee and asset to the Plymouth location. Thanks again Ty, you made my day -- and my husband's! I have already told friends and family about this great experience and recommended this store to them for all of their vehicle needs.

Car parts places are common, obviously. That said, the crew here have been good to great every time I've gone. Having a bunch of cars, couple beaters, I'm a frequent flyer here! Lol. Much prefer over competitor near by...

My online order was ready in just a few minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Then store employee, Warren, got my order and quickly and expertly installed my new wiper blade for me. It was such a great experience that I highly recommend this O'Reilly location!

I came in this evening looking for an obscure part (headlight bulb seal/boot). The previous headlight boot seal dry rotted and broke while changing out headlight bulbs on my Mom’s car. Ty greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and instantly asked me what I needed help with. I had the part number ready to go and within 45 seconds Ty had the part in his hands, saving my night. Ty, You are the Man!Thank You again Brother!!
