Always a great experience. Staff at the counter are very helpful. I stop in here for my filters, my oil, my gas cleaner, all the little small parts and things that I need to keep my cars running

Don’t Go to AutoZone
Head to O’Reilly’s Instead!⭐️
I had the pleasure of meeting
Michelle and Jason today.
After leaving AutoZone feeling flustered (they were too busy texting on their phones)3rd time experience.
I stopped by O’Reilly’s while running another errand — and I’m so glad I did.
Michelle was a delight to work with — such great customer service! I also loved how they worked as a team. As soon as I walked in, Jason grabbed the diagnostic device right away, even though he was already helping another customer.
That customer kindly said, “Please take care of her first,” and Jason replied,
“I’ll do both at the same time.”
Even with a full parking lot, they got me in and out quickly with great service and
Real Care.
They checked my sensor and gave me a diagnosis right away. O’Reilly’s has dedicated parking for customers and truly Friendly and Professional staff.
I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Last week I was in this place before it closed. Usually at this late time associates try to do their job as fast as possible. But was not at this time. Michael - the young lady with very bright mind precisely explained me all my choices and helped me to find the best products for very reasonable price. She gave the exceptional service to me! She is very knowledgeable and also she has ability to work with people with different experiences and showed all her attention for customers's needs.I will definitely come again.

Jason was so incredibly helpful. We got stranded in the parking lot after a trip to Trader Joe’s and were on our way home in less than 15 minutes with a new car battery. He was helpful, efficient, and worked to get me everything I needed at the lowest cost. Highly reccomend!!

The Man named Jason, who works here he is an amazing individual. He provided so much value to my vehicle. He even tried to give me a free part because it might be covered by warranty. Honestly, if Jason went somewhere else, I would consider shopping with them instead that’s how great the service at this location was today.

So I need to give gentleman Tommy employee at oreilly auto parts I bought a tire patch kit, I had a bolt screw in my tire leaking air I tried to plug it used all the plugs and failed. I quickly frove back to the store and Tommy came out ( I had 11pouns pressure left) and he plugged my tire leaking air. This is what customer service is all about. This guy went out of his way to assist me. I run a surgery center in Dearborn and want to really give this gentleman a shout out . I will be an oreilly auto parts guy for life at this specific place. Thank you Tommy I will let dveryone I know what a great employee this store has. He should be promoted!!!

Always excellent customer service! I came in for wiper blades, thought I going the right ones and thankfully the gentleman at the counter double checked for me and helped me find the right ones. Then he offered to put them on for me...in the rain. Thank you so much!!

The guys who work here are so friendly and helpful. Jason not only helped me find what I needed, but even came out to my car and showed me what to do and then topped up the fluid. Thanks again for all your help I'll definitely recommend your store to others and will be back again.
