Friendly associates. This store carries a lot. They will install your wiper blades for free in most cases. They accept used oil up to an certain amount. They stock different brands of Dexos1 Gen3 recommended oil. Very clean and organized store.

Preston was an absolute lifesaver when I was completely lost on how to check the oil in my spouse’s car. I could not have succeeded without his easy to follow instructions, and selling me exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!

My go to parts store. Ken was super helpful when my wiper blades wouldn't go on. He worked to solve the problem ensuring they worked for me. The other guy couldn't get it on and just said "put the old ones back on and refund his money" and walked away. Kudos to Ken for going the extra mile.

Don't trust their books for filters (cabin air, air, oil, etc) they're mostly wrong. If you're unsure ask a rep.

Our cars alternator went out on the highway and we limped it into the parking lot. They had the part on hand and had a mobile mechanic (Nate) come and fix the car right at the store. It was a cold snowy day and they let us hang out in the store while it was getting fixed. They were super helpful and accommodating.

First off I would like to say that this O’Reillys has always been great to me and my family. I always get my parts from here. Preston and his team are amazing. I am leaving a five star review because I know how reviews work towards management and the company but I am here to say I want to get a one star review specifically About my experience with a gentleman named Theodore, I was in here at this location about two weeks ago trying to buy brake drums for my 98 cavalier. Theodore told me without hesitation that my 1998 cavalier, in fact does not have rear drum brakes that they are disc brakes, after a few minute conversation of me, trying to prove him wrong. He was still persistent, and proving me wrong that my car indeed still had disc brakes in the rear, which, in fact they do not this left me very upset and confused on how dumb this kid is, and I walked out of the store and proceeded to buy the parts that I needed from the holly Location I do not wish to deal with this Theodore anymore. He has horrible customer relations. If he is in the store the next time I come in, I will not buy a thing and walk out.

I cannot believe what the man that works at O'Reilly's Auto parts just did this for me. I told him thru conversation that I'm taking classes and unemployed, so my finances are really sad ****I DIDN'T SAY THIS TO TRY TO GET SOMETHING FROM HIM***. But, he just BOUGHT MY WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES FOR ME!!!! I'm so overwhelmed I'm sitting here about to cry. SO FOLKS, THERE IS STILL SO MUCH GOOD IN THIS WORLD, WERE NOT ALL DOOMED, LOL. And one example of that fact works right here at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Swartz Creek or Flint MI. Thank you so much. You guys are what keeps the world going. 🫶🏼💚❤️
