Cop pulled me over for burnt out brake light, gave me warning to fix it.
Went over to nearby AutoZone, guy at counter comes out, I open my hatch and he throws up his hands, whining "I can't find your bolts!".
I quickly left.
Drove up 105 to O'Reilly's, where the real men work at, specifically a handsome man named Jacob, who KNEW that my bolts were.... under the bolt covers.
He popped in new bulb, at an incredible discount, then took the time to give honest recommendations for quality mechanics in Boone when I asked, regarding a mechanical issue.
I'm not positive, but I think I saw a halo over his head as he walked away.

5 stars for this store because of employee Mr. Greene. If I need a car part in Boone, I'll go there. I ran into Mr. Greene on the Mountain To Sea trail yesterday, and he was in his full O'Reilly attire walking through the forest like a boss. He gave me a cool history lesson on the Stony Fork area of the MST. Solid dude.

I had what I thought was a dead battery. Jackson was with a customer when I got there, but soon finished helping him and took a look at my battery. There was (what I thought was) just a tiny bit of corrosion on the positive pole, but Jackson got a brush and some cleaner and we figured out that it was the problem. The clamp was also a bit loose after the corrosion was removed, so I bought a five-dollar plug shim which Jackson also installed right there in the parking lot. So, what could have been a big issue was solved for five bucks and (because I'd stupidly left home without my toolbox) what I would have had to do with a plastic fork and a napkin, he handled quickly with battery cleaner and a proper steel brush. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes, 100% good to go. Thanks, Jackson, you rock!

I have had the absolute best experience at this store!
JACOB THOMPSON is the most helpful and kind person!!!!! I have known him many years and he's always been awesome and genuine and that translates over to his work! O' Reillys needs to give him a raise! They are blessed to have him!!!!!
Also, everyone I have encountered at this store is so polite and happy to be of help!!!! Great job on this store, they should model for all!!!!

I needed help with engine parts for an older truck. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me. The prices were reasonable and competitively priced. I definitely will stop in here for my future auto needs.
