I want to give a huge thank-you to Eric and Rita at O’Reilly Auto Parts for going above and beyond for me a few days ago. I came in needing help with a battery replacement, and even though it was cold, late in the day, and the installation turned out to be really difficult, they both stuck with it the entire time.
They were patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything as they worked and making sure the job was done safely. You could tell they truly cared about helping, not just rushing through the task. Their professionalism and attitude turned a stressful situation into a great experience.
I’m really grateful for their hard work and dedication — employees like Eric and Rita make all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning because of them!

Best customer service ever!! I was helped by gentleman named Chris & he actually helped me replace my headlight assembly, which he didn’t have to do!! Unlike those losers over @ Auto Zone who acted like I was gonna stick the place up, & all I asked is if I could use a deep socket wrench to remove my headlight!! I even offered to leave my drivers license!

On 7/31/25, I walked in and immediately I was asked "how are doing and how can I help you?" That made my visit easy and comfortable. They answered all of my questions and even gave me some advice. Thanks to the Manager and the employees for a great experience.

Great store! Fantastic customer service! Helped me in a huge pinch and sorted out my mix up with the wipers I'd bought that were wrong in about 3 different ways. Store is clean, there's a huge trash can at the from for the old parts you're replacing, and the staff is great!

Love that these guys finally opened up an auto parts store in our area! We are in a weird area that was kind of in the middle of a number of different stores, but none of them really handy, or close.
The folks in here are always polite and super helpful. I think all auto stores do it, but the oil recycle/dump here is great. The website isn't great about identifying the correct oil for your car, but I got help from one of the guys in here to straighten it out. Also, never had this in other stores, but a number of my common parts for multiple vehicles are behind the counter in the back. It would be helpful if they had a sign at the oil and air filters that would tell you that more parts are available than what is on the shelf. Luckily, the folks here are helpful and good about asking if you need anything so it was easy to ask about parts that showed on the website as available but were not on the shelf.
Also, not sure if everyone has done away with them, but there are none of the "books" for filters or wipers that listed compatible parts for vehicles. However, since a number of parts are behind the counter that's probably a good thing so that you need to ask, and or use the website to find out what you need is there, just not on the shelf.
