Dylan helped us today, and he was great! He was professional and very quick. He even taught my fiancé and I about something on our other car that no one else has ever bothered to do. We really recommend this location. He made us feel welcome and not stupid for not knowing a lot of car things.

9-12 Great staff all friendly service, helpful picking out what I needed, and they explained differences between brands. Can't get that at AutoZombies or Dis Advanced.

Well, l Jeff helped me FINALLY solve that problem! AND I'M ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN HE WILL HELP YOU TOO!
He provides you the step-by-step education and the resources so that you can empower yourself to stop making this car stuff a mystery.
Further, O'Reilly Auto parts is the only company that I have found that if something's wrong with a part or you need to do something different, they will stand behind their product in the store!
No mailing junk off to a mountain top in Peru where they have to send a team of donkeys to return the part that won't get the job done...
No waiting weeks aka "business days for refunds" leaving you stuck with the problem you're trying to fix still in front of you...
At O'Reilly's, you don't have to deal with any of that mess!
If you have a problem, right then and there on the spot, they correct it, refund it, whatever it takes so that you can get your car what it needs to solve the real problem.
There aren't many companies left that focus on the solution rather than the problem, are there?
If you are anywhere in the Greensboro area and you own a business, or maybe you're just worried about your family vehicles, if you're not going to O'Reilly Auto parts to talk to Jeff about it, then I don't know what you're doing?
He has literally empowered me with the knowledge making sure I have the right tools and the right parts to get the job done to my level of expertise.
MATTER OF FACT THE FIRST DAY I MET HIM I SAVED OVER $700 IN PARTS AND LABOR BECAUSE HE TOOK THE TIME TO HAVE A CHAT WITH ME ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED DONE!
I mean hey some people like to be in the dark and giveaway money no question about it,
But when it comes to my car I know I don't have to be anymore!
Shout out to Jeff and his whole team up there at O'Reilly's.
THEY ARE FIRM BELIEVERS IN THIS THING CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I KNOW MOST PEOPLE THINK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A RARE THING, HAVING SAID THAT, I THINK OTHER COMPANIES SHOULD PICK UP BECAUSE IT'S FANTASTIC WHEN YOU CAN FIND IT!
JEFF AND HIS TEAM ARE TOP TO BOTTOM LOADED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to O'Reilly's on Battleground Ave when my wife's car seemed to have a dead battery. The guys there were GREAT! Immediately checked the battery and alternator and determined it was in face and dead battery. Found her the best replacement and installed the battery without even asking. The installation wound being a little challenging and 2 guys were outside working on it to get it right. ....which they did. And then re-checked the Alternator after putting in the new battery.
These guys went ABOVE the norm! They were great and I SUPER appreciate it!
