Amazing customer service and I mean amazing went inside the store. Shy had a huge smile in her face greeted me. So well Made me feel welcome when I came in the store was very very clean and I love how she was straightening up making everything look nice. I had to return that I did and she helped me out very sweet kind and courteous. I almost thought she was the manager please keep up the great work. Considering this store more often.

Shy is awesome I needed help she help great communication beautiful sprit great customer service 10 outta 10 respectful before I left she made sure I didn’t leave empty handed she tracked down my part got it in for me shy carry her self very well and is definitely needed I will be back to this location one of my favorite stores thanks to her. “KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!!!!!!!

Mr. Eugene from ORiley Auto Parts was an awesome help on my this to the store. He assisted me with getting brake pads for my car and this was new to me but he was patient and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was purchasing. Because of my experience with him, I will shop at this location again. Than you Mr. Eugene!

I went to O'Reilly because I just recently had to have my car jump started. After speaking with Mr. Coleman, he suggested testing my battery and alternator, which he completed. Thanks to Mr. Coleman help, not only did I discover I needed a battery but I was also able to purchase the battery immediately. If you need any help with your automotive needs, check out O'Reilly on Broad River rd! Ask for Mr. Coleman!!!
