I’ve been going to O’Reilly Auto Parts for a while now, and I can honestly say they are the gold standard for anyone who works on their own cars or just needs reliable help fast. Every single time I’ve had an issue—whether it’s something simple like needing brake pads or more complicated like diagnosing a weird electrical problem—they’ve been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.
The staff at my local store (right here in Nashville) are absolute pros. They don’t just point you to an aisle; they actually listen to what you’re dealing with, ask the right questions, and help you get exactly what you need. No upselling nonsense, no attitude—just genuine help. I’ve walked in with vague descriptions of symptoms, and they’ve nailed the part or tool I needed on the first try more times than I can count.
They ALWAYS have the parts I need in stock. I’ve never had to wait days for something to come in (unless it’s some super obscure specialty item), and if they don’t have it on the shelf, they can usually get it same-day or next-day with no hassle. Their inventory is top-notch.
And the location? Perfect. It’s literally right next to my house—super convenient for quick runs after work or on weekends. I can pop in, grab what I need, and be back home turning wrenches in minutes.

I went to Oreilys because my A/C wasn’t getting cold and other stores wanted me to pay for a diagnostic. The gentleman Adam helped me out a lot better than anyone on the phone with me. He showed me what I needed to buy and helped my car go back to normal, plus gave me advice on what to do if it happens again! So glad there’s someone that is willing to help and explain to me as a girl that doesn’t know cars 😊

Salah was super! He came out in the rain and helped me with my tail light hitch on trailer! I had never driven one before and had no idea what I was needing! He was so helpful, honest and understanding! He gets 5 stars and More if they had them! We need more people like Salah in this world :)

Had my check engine light come on while I was driving and Wayne was able to tell me what was wrong and helped me get back on the road! The rest of the staff were very friendly. You can tell they ensure their customers leave satisfied and are knowledgeable!
