Great customer service! Henry quickly and professionally helped me the moment I walked in the store. I was there to pick up lower controls arms for my car, and it was probably 5 minutes total that I was in there. Super quick and extremely helpful.

I had the pleasure of being served by two incredible gentlemen today at this location, Henry and Ben I needed plugs for my car and have been escaping a bad home situation. They helped me find what would be affordable, but also ensure that my car would function as needed. They even price matched for me! Right now we're all making pennies stretch, but add a big life change and you need to make those pennies scream. Beyond that I was tasked with finding a spring kit for drum breaks on a forklift , from the guy who was helping me right my repairs. Bobbee helped us find what would work best which took a lot of back and forth with my mechanic friend. But she found just the thing!
I couldn't be more grateful for extra mile these three went to, and reminding me that the world still has kindness it. They've created a customer for life.

Today is November 9th it's a Sunday you have a young lady down there her name is Mel she is wonderful I had a radiator I had to warranty out and it was weird how that happened anyway but she took the time I came in the other day and had an interaction with her as well but she is very good at her job and she deserves a raise and a lot more praise and what she gets if she doesn't get enough she should I usually leave bad reviews but I couldn't not leave a good one for her she deserves big raise or teach others how to work like her because I've never seen nothing like it and hopefully this gets to mel at the O'Reilly's on 33rd South and 631 East thank you

Easiest experience when dealing with car parts!! Went in for a battery and they checked the battery for me and replaced it!! Incredible service from beginning to end. Special thanks to Henry & Bobbee!!

Mel is a superstar!
We came in for a check engine light and were helped by the friendliest associate named Mel, who appears to be the customer favorite, as everyone in the store was saying hello to her by name.
Mel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and what I appreciate most is how happy she was to assist us. I’m so impressed by her friendliness that I’m taking the time to write a review! Thanks for being so kind to us and our critter Mel!

Ben was absolutely so helpful, he tested and changed the battery for us. We really appreciate his time to be able to help us. Most places make you feel that they're you're putting them out and he did not he was very helpful and we really do appreciate that. So thank you Ben for going above and beyond we appreciate your time we will be coming back.

I’ll admit I’m not the most Auto savvy person so to my delight Mel, who works here is the sweetest and most funny and knowledgeable Auto person I’ve ever worked with will be returning for other needs in the future! They’re also open late, which is nice

Yep me and my buddy went in there and they're very helpful employees were nice they had the coolest little mini tools like I've never seen before they had a group of mini tools that was awesome I really enjoyed it thank you
