I'm at this O'Reilly's way more often than I would like to be but, the employees make the head ache of long-term projects, a little less stressful. Even if they don't have what I need, I'm always treated in an excessively helpful manner and about half of the employees treat customer service like they're helping a friend with a project. 5 stars, would recommend.

**5 stars – Rider at O’Reilly’s Snohomish is the best!**
I came in with my 2018 Ram 3500 Dually Laramie because a headlight bulb was out. Rider not only found the exact right bulb for the projector headlights, he actually replaced it for me right there. He was friendly, fast, and made sure everything worked before I left.
Most places just hand you the part and send you on your way. Rider went the extra mile and fixed it himself. I’ll be asking for him every time I come in.

I will Not go to any other parts house , but this location for however long I end up staying in this area, was hands down the best customer service I have seen from any business,or employee in at least the last 20 years ,all because of one younger gal, it's unfortunate I did not catch her Name, while the pot belly "dude", that was in there working with her sat leaning his gut against the counter scoffing at her, while she was helping me, doing her job very well I might add, I was just going to make do with the loaner tools to change out some spark plugs in the parking lot there, but she made sure to, Bring out to me the proper tools, I'm very thankful for and appreciate You, Cya Next time.

Thanks to Allie! This girl is SO smart! I hate to admit it, but I’m not very mechanical, never have been. She’s gone above and beyond several times with her knowledge and professionalism. She’s definitely leadership material and I feel so lucky that she’s always there to help me.

My battery was not starting my car it was about a starting my truck I stopped at orileys they were busy but russle the guy with only 1 arm came out checked the battery it was bad gave me another battery mine was 2 days past the warranty he still honored it also went in with a alternator they checked it it was good but the bolt holes were to big for my car he says will do you want a different one I said yes so he climbs the latter grabs it with one hand like a navy seal hands it to me n says there you go if that one doesn't work we have more just bring it back and we will take care of you thanks russle and the whole staff for the excellent service 👍

Always a good experience at this shop. Kudos to Laurin for going above and beyond verifying the correct parts, and installing the wiper blades safely and correctly.

This is the absolute worst lovers package location I’ve ever been to my wife was extremely unhappy with the packaging of her recent gift. The only reason I’m doing a five star review is I’m extremely happy with the big giant drum of oil. They gave me exactly 55 gallons of love oil.

I had a headlight out and after visiting a different auto supply shop and being jerked around I came here and had the BEST experience. Russ and Laurin took their time to help me find the right light and even dedicated themselves to helping me replace it. It was a tricky/tight light to replace but they stuck with it and I was thoroughly impressed at their commitment to ensuring that I did not leave without a working headlight! Russ and Laurin are my hero’s and I hope they get some fat bonuses and a raise for being committed to such great customer service even if it’s just for the headlight. That type of care and dedication to customers is hard to come by these days and I hope others can look up to these guys. Keep up the good work!
