I came in for a warranty battery replacement and had to wait while it was being tested. During that time, Joseph took the time to chat with me and made the experience much better. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative about automotive parts. He answered my questions, helped me out a ton, and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again, Joseph!

The guys working when I visited were rock stars! They helped me navigate buying brakes, tools and lube for my trailer. They took the time to research and get the right stuff, and they found seals at other stores and put them on will call for me to pick up later. Thank you so so much!!!

Andre is simply the Best!!! I have an update for O'Reilly's Auto parts store in Mill Creek as of May 11th 2026. Since Google won't let me add a review to my old review I'm doing it this way. I am a low income senior and with Trump's attack on our economy I can't afford to live anymore but my brake light was out and I didn't need a ticket so I had to go buy a tail light at O'Reilly's. The problem is I have no clue how to put it in. Andre offered to try to give it a shot and when it got ridiculously impossible he came in and watched the YouTube video real fast in the store and came back out and had that thing whipped out in 15 minutes God bless him and O'Reilly's for hiring him. I honestly believe he should be a supervisor or a manager so O'Reilly's corporate give this guy this young man hard-working pleasant humble smart creative amazing guy a promotion!!!
James, a wonderful, kind, conscientious and humble Man replaced a headlight, a tail light and helped me install my dome light! I am an elderly, low-income single woman with no one to help me... Four nights ago i drove across the trestle with a Sheriff behind me all the way to Machias, Carlson Rd. with my heart in my throat!!! Now I can drive safely see where I'm going at night and not worry about getting a ticket come here and going! God bless you James!!!

I would like to thank Ryan for his excellent service. I came in looking for parts needed for a replacement, and the task wasn’t simple, but he handled it professionally and efficiently.
He took the time to understand my needs, asked the right questions, and helped me find all the necessary parts. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out.
Thanks to his assistance, I saved time and avoided buying unnecessary items. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

Today I brought a large plastic tub full of unused new parts purchased over the last five years from O’Reillys. 25+ different parts. I know that this was a total pain in the ass for anyone to have dealt with they credited my account for all of the parts purchased in the sum of $403. I just want to say that Ryan went above and beyond and was very patient spent roughly 45 minutes getting me sorted out five stars.

My car, a 2000 Honda Accord SE, died today, so I called AAA, and they came out to test it, and said it was the battery. They suggested I take to an O'Reilly auto parts for a new battery, so we did. And we are very glad we did.
The nice gentleman who helped us, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, helped us get a new battery, and some new wiper blades. He then proceeded to install the new battery and even the new wiper blades for us. And we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
Great service. Will definitely go here again when I need car parts.
