I have dealt with O'Reilly auto parts in Hudson many times thru the years. They have been awsome each and every time. Last night was great as well. Kudos you guys rock!

I went to O’reilly’s looking to complete a diagnostic test on my car after some noises and both headlights going out to see if there was anything wrong with my car, and Max was a great help! He helped with the testing and also helping me check if my lightbulbs were actually out, taking them out of my car himself!after we tested them and found that they were out, he helped me find new ones at good price, and even helped me with installing them! It was great to walk away having working headlights again!

I want add to Maxwell's 5-star-review collection. I drove to Hudson from Eau Claire to meet friends for lunch. On the way, the check engine light came on. I didn't know what I was going to do, but I was sure I couldn't drive back home. One of my friends mentioned O'Reilly and told me to take the car there. I stopped there and that's when Maxwell stepped in and took over. He figured out what was wrong, sold me a part, and gave me the name of a garage nearby (Next Generation, also gets 5 stars). Between O'Reilly and Next Generation, it was probably only an hour detour for me. I'm very grateful to both, but especially Maxwell.

I went to the Hudson location and needed help purchasing a new whole headlight system and employee Maxwell was so very helpful and ordered me the one I needed and the next day when I came to pick it up he installed the new one for me and that saved me trying to find somebody to install it.
He is an excellent employee and was very pleasant to work with. He made my day and deserves recognition. And I will continue to shop here and recommend your store and location to everyone I know.

Maxwell was amazing in helping me with my issue. I was driving home and the check engine light came on and he was right on top of figuring out the issue and giving me the guidance I needed. We ended up replacing a part and he went above and beyond to help me with this! Thanks so much1

Last night I had an urgent situation where my batteries in my RV ceased to function on my way to an event. I drove to O’Reilly in Hudson, WI to purchase two new ones and Max was working last night. He went above and beyond to help me. He is one of the most respectful people I have ever met working for O’Reilly Auto Parts! Not only is he respectful, kind and has incredible customer service but he is incredibly knowledgeable in Auto Parts! He even helped me install them in the RV tray. This positive experience with such an incredible employee of O’Reilly Auto parts will absolutely make me want to tell other people all about Max and the Hudson store!
I give a more than 5 star rating! Definitely a 10 if one existed!
I have owned my own business for 22 years and out of all the people I have hired over the years I would have loved to have an employee like Max working for my company. O’Reilly is very lucky to have such an incredibly dedicated person working for them. My 5 star rating isn’t just for O’Reilly, but for Max as well!

Maxwell went above and beyond to help me with my A/C system and Coolant leakage. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring when it came to helping me understand my vehicle and how to handle the predicament I was in. Tonight, I called 15 minutes before closing, then arrived at the store at 8:50. Max helped me with the tools and knowledge to take apart my medical boot screw which had become stripped when I tried to fix it at home. Max stayed almost 20 minutes past closing to be sure that the screw was replaced correctly and in working order so I could inflate/deflate my boot. He went way above and beyond to help a customer in need, and not even on a car-related issue! Welcome to Hudson, Max! One week at this store and he's already making a huge difference in someone's life,,, and our community!
