The best automotive counter man I ever encountered in my six decades of auto parts purchases is a gent named Mr. James Boutain, who is located in the O'Reilly in Altamonte, Florida. I have two hand built hot rods and over the past two years, he has assisted in finding specialized/obsolete/obscure components for my rides. He is "Digger": does not give up. Knows automotive systems. Nice and friendly, too. Rare combo. Go there if in that area. Worth the extra travel time.

We had to go to the store to check our car battery and Johany helped us. She went above and beyond to help us. We’re definitely coming back and looking for her again if we need it. Amazing job!

Johanni was amazing! She got my handicapped tag out from between my dash and windshield and it was not even visible. She had a great attitude and didn’t hesitate to help. Can’t recommend this place and her enough!!!

Johany and Jason — truly, thank you!
My wife and I were traveling to Altamonte Springs for a conference when her car suddenly started running rough, and every warning light on the dash came on. After calling around to a few parts stores looking for an OBD2 scanner and some basic tools (still not sure what the issue was yet), Johany went out of her way to personally check what tools she had and assured me she’d do whatever it took to help us.
When I arrived, she quickly scanned the car, but the results didn’t quite make sense. That’s when she and Jason jumped in, both helping with solutions — using their experience as I did a few quick Google searches, we identified the real problem. They had the part in stock, and within 20 minutes of arriving, the I did the necessary repair done right there in the parking lot.
Thank you, Johany and Jason, for being genuinely good people and showing kindness to a couple having a tough day. Bless you and your families for the way you blessed ours today!

Top pick always auto parts - doesn't matter which location I go to. They always seem to have what I'm looking for.
At this location I was the first customer and they absolutely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

I had a problem with my car battery, between my mechanic and Orellys (where i bought said battery less then 2 years prior) it could several trips back and forth to oreillys (dealing with multiple great employees) as well as my VW dealership to identify what happened and why it happened, and Oreillys replaced my battery under warranty. Will shop here again, thank you for caring about me.
