Joeberto & Luis were excellent today! They helped me answer many questions and were extremely professional and had a wide array of knowledge about all car parts I asked about. I was impressed with Joeberto and Luis' expertise and professionalism. I called many times and they both picked up a handle full of times so I was able to interact with the both of them and they helped me so much! I couldn't believe that despite juggling customers and telephone lines, they were quick in answering my questions, did not rush me off the line and handled the call with professionalism, expertise and knowledge and the most important, KINDNESS! thank you so much to the both of you and happy holidays you guys are all rockstars at this location and I will refer all of my friends and family members to you.

Best customer experience I ever had at a car parts store, Yoli and Richard help me a lot. I needed a special part for one of my cars and they had it delivered to the store same day within a few hours. A few days later I needed another thing, and they sent it from Miami to their store within the same day. This particular location has everything you need, friendly staff, professional customer service and exceptional attitudes. I made a lot of phone calls to them back and forth and each time they handle the call with kindness, answer all of my questions, did not place me on hold for over 15 minutes like other auto car parts places do and always answered with a positive attitude. Yoli and Richard were so helpful, so kind and so professional. Honestly, I will always come to this location and give my business to them in future needs due to their outstanding performance and having all of the necessities I need. 100 stars review if I could !!!! Thank you so much you made a positive difference in my life and saved me a lot of time and money .... God bless you both!!! :) I hope the store rewards the both of you for your incredible expertise, professionalism and kindness because it's due to people like you that customers retain loyalty and give the business to Oreilly. Last Saturday night the water pump pulley went bad on my car I needed a new one so I called about 7:30 at night Armond was the one who took the call he went over and above to get me the pulley so I could have it Sunday I couldn't asked for better service
