So, i went into O'reilly's today to purchase a drivers front main light bulb and I already had the housing removed, so when I initially went in, I spoke with the manager, and she asked me questions about my light. As a single woman, I did not know the answer. So I said, I will be right back and a lovely gentleman outside gave me the information I needed. I came back in and I spoke with a kind worker, and I told him I had the housing taken off, is there any way you could help me change this light bulb and he says, sure. Well then, the manager piped in and said, we are not allowed to do that. It is against our policy, and I was like what? You can change batteries windshield wiper blades, but you can't help me change a light bulb. She said, no, because it was under the wheel. Then again, her co-worker who was as sweet as can be said, he would be more than happy to change it. And then she yelled and piped up again and said he can not do that. I was not a nice person to that manager for she was defient. I am a single woman, I don't want to be taken advantage of and paying almost two hundred dollars to change my light bulb and she threatened him to lose his job!!!! I told him please don't lose your job to help me.I will sign anything that you need me to do to make you not be liable, As a good human being, as people should be, he went outside and changed my bulb. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that being a newly divorced woman having their daughter move in and their grandson with limited income. I'm begging this company to change their policy for people like me that are in need for not being taken advantage by other companies for a profit Thank God for the kind worker!!! Staff at provided the technical details to accurately assess the oem brake parts on my 2017 jeep cherokee and 2019 Ford f150 xlt. With multiple possibilities for calipers and disks they were able to direct me to provide the crucial information to get the right part the first time. Excellent customer service.

My wife just had a great experience at this store. She had to get oil for our car when it ran low and went into limp mode. Brian was very helpful. He even came out to the car and filled up the oil for her. We are so grateful!

This is my go to auto store recently. Everytime I walk in the staff is super helpful and asks what I'm looking for today. My latest visit one of the workers, Tina, asked what I needed and actually went and go the item. At other stores, they point to the aisle, and roll their eyes when I get back saying I didn't find it.
To add to it all, they seem to always have what I need along with multiple variations of it so I have a selection that meets my budget. And the prices are pretty good too, so I don't feel like I'm being ripped off when I'm doing repairs.
Every single time I been there, the workers knew their product and even offered advice on how to fix it. I highly recommend this place for your auto parts.

Best auto parts store around. Katie and Tina are great and knowledgable, they will help you with all of your questions. I've been a patron at this location for over 15 years and it is always my first call.

Wow!! Top notch experience with Matt at the Brighton O'Reilly tonight - this guy is greatly appreciated by this new customer-for-life! Not only did he and his coworker offer up potential reasons for my car issue, Matt even helped to install it, and voilà, my vehicle could get out of park again. He is phenomenal, and if O'Reilly is about that kind of customer service, well - Matt sets the bar high and exceeds it. Thank you again Matt!!!
