Yesterday, April 5, I stopped in to by replacement Low Beams for my car. They were extremely helpful. I sat in the parking lot to change them out. I have a brace on one of my wrists so it was difficult for me to reach in and change the bulbs out. One of the employees came out and helped me install the new bulbs and even cleaned off my head lights for me. Good people that are very helpful. 10/10

My husband and I had just gotten into Moab for a vacation. When I tried to restart the car at about 7:30 p.m. the battery was dead. I called this O'Reilly location and Nathan answered. We were about a 30 minute walk away from the store with no way to get to the store in time and no tools to change the battery. He told me if I ordered the battery online so he could pull it for store pick-up that he would meet us after he was off the clock to help us jump our car and install our new battery! He went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. We are so grateful. We would have been stranded miles from our lodging without our luggage overnight until the store opened in the morning. Thank you Nathan!

I’m from Ogden, UT, and my family and I decided to spend some time away in beautiful Moab, UT. But on New Year’s Eve, things took a turn when I noticed antifreeze leaking from my truck. After looking closer, I discovered a hole in my radiator—not exactly what you want to deal with at 9:00 PM on a holiday night.
First thing the next morning, I called O’Reilly Auto Parts, and thank goodness they were open! But there I was, still in Moab, with no tools, a busted radiator, and a looming 10:00 AM checkout from our rental. Oh, and we had a 270-mile drive back home ahead of us.
Nathan, an absolute hero. From the moment I called, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, reassuring me that replacing the radiator was doable. Despite the freezing 30-degree weather—and it being New Year’s Day—Nathan went above and beyond. He checked on me multiple times, offered clear guidance on how the cooling system works, and made sure I was confident in completing the job.
Thanks to Nathan’s exceptional customer service, I managed to replace the radiator, check out of the rental on time, and drive home safely.
