Had a flat and pulled in the parking lot, just 3 minutes after they closed. Javier and Shane were working. They kindly opened the door to ask what I needed. I’m handicapped and couldn’t do it on my own. Both of them were amazing and quickly got to work getting it changed. Amazing customer service, above and beyond!!!!!! I thank them so much for the assistance! These gents need serious recognition for how amazing they are!!!!

Had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Jordan. He was super helpful from start to finish, took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers, not just making a sale.
Everything was quick, easy, and stress-free because of him. If you want good service, ask for Jordan—he’ll take care of you. Definitely coming back again.

So i went to go get my drivers side mirror and lense replaced and employee Jordan echave helped me replace it, he did an excellent job and was quick with it too. Wonderful customer service and was very kind aswell! Will be going back to the O’rillys on hwy 92 every time i need some help with my vehicle!

I needed a new battery for my truck. I pulled into my local O'Reilly Auto Parts in my wife's car planning on getting the battery for my truck. I was dreading the thought of changing the battery in the truck. There was an O'Reilly employee changing 2 batteries in another customer's big diesel truck! I raced home. With the help of my battery charger I managed to start my truck one last time. Back at O'Reilly I went inside. I paid for my new battery, opened the hood of my truck, and climbed into the driver's seat of my truck. Seconds later my new battery was brought out. In just 10 minutes the old battery was out and the new one was installed! I am 79 years old and was dreading changing that big heavy battery! O'Reilly really saved me! Now I am looking forward to many more years with my truck thanks to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

This 5 stars is for Jordan Echave. He's not only friendly , but super kind and very knowledgeable. He understands a lot about what I need when I go in and in fact has made suggestions that probably saved me time and money, that says alot for Sierra Vista. His customer service is the best there!! I continue to return to that auto part store only because of Jordan.

Best service I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. The young man Jordan was awesome. He helped get the bulbs swapped in the tail lights of my truck for me while I had some goats and chickens on headed back to the valley. Stop in and expect great service from Jordan and Team
