Adam and his crew are truly the best! They found a starter issue that my dealer could not, and conversely had the integrity to tell me the battery on my other vehicle is fine despite my dealer telling me it was bad. Batteries do wear out eventually, and this is where I will be coming from now on to replace them.

I needed a new battery this week and Jason was so incredibly helpful. He walked me through all of my options and even taught me how to install my battery, should I ever need to in the future. I was so impressed with the level of service he provided.

Amazing staff! I went to the AutoZone around the corner 45 minutes before close and they acted like they didn't wanna help me and told me that they're closing soon so I went here and they were so eager to help. Stephanie was amazing. She said even if you came at close, would still help you. Jason is incredible.
I was having issues with my battery and Wasn't sure if it was the battery or the alternator etc, they checked everything they went the extra mile truly! We figured out it a new battery was all I needed and they helped me install it and everything. First class service. You don't find workers like these anymore. All autozone had to do is help me and they could've got the almost $300 sale, but it goes to O'Reilly instead! I'll never step foot in a AutoZone ever again. Thank you, Jason. Thank you Stephanie.

I purchased a lightbulb at this store #3500, and Jason was more than helpful. He was very kind and showed me how to install my light bulb for my headlight. Wonderful customer service! I would choose this place over Auto Zone!

We live right by this O’Reillys, so my family has been coming here for years. The last couple times I’ve been here, I’ve been helped by an employee named Jason. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
About a month ago, I took my car in to get in an OBD reading for a check engine light. Jason quickly came to assist me and my family. He did the OBD reading and read the results. He also took one look at my battery and could tell that it was starting to bulge on the side, even though I’d only gotten it a couple months ago. The OBD reading gave us a little bit of information, basically an evap leak. From what it said, he was confident that my purge valve needed to be replaced. Long story short, I went to get it checked out by my mechanic. Sure enough, it was my purge valve! I could not believe he was able to deduce that based on a very small bit of information that the OBD reading gave him.
I had to come in for something else recently. As I pulled up, I saw Jason through the window. I genuinely was excited because I knew we would receive good customer service and help. I would recommend this store to anyone I know.
I mostly wanted to give Jason a shout out because I feel he goes above and beyond every time I come in, and this is a big reason I always come back to this O’Reillys when I need something. Thank you !
