The employee Daisy was GREAT! I needed new windshield wipers for my Sister-in-laws 2013 Toyota Corolla, before a rainstorm, but didn't have any tools with me & didn't know how to install them, so she did it for me! She also gave me back the old wiper assembly so I could put them back on during the dry season & keep the new blades flexible & fresh for the rainy season. Also, before she installed them, she went over the instructions with me standing next to my car in the parking lot, since she obviously knows most people don't read the instructions! She read & explained how to run the new wipers for 3 minutes with washer fluid to activate the water replent coating on the blades that coat the windshield. I got in the car and did that and it worked great. Finally, she helped me with a new tire gage I bought by directing me to the door where the correct air pressure of the car is located. My Sister-in-laws 2013 Toyota Corolla needed 32 PSI, but I didn't know that since there was no manual in the glove compartment. The old gage she had from a gas station was off by 5 lbs. That day, after Daisy's help I fixed my S-i-Ls windshield wipers, & tires & prepared her for safe driving in the Fremont California rain.
BTW, the blades assembly was on sale, $10 off the pair, so with the tire gage I spent $69, became a fan of Daisy and O'Reilly for life!
I think she was the manager, but if not, I hope her manager sees this, as well as national staff to show what makes the employees essential for customer service. The wiper blade section was self serve and had a QR code to scan to find the right blades for your car, but it didn't work on my phone because it went to an insecure website. I eventually got by ignoring my BitDefender security software, which I hate to do!) , but even then I couldn't find the right blades with the website interface on my tiny screen, so I went to the front desk & she looked it up. She then took me back to the section to select my blades. I told her the car was parked outside in the sun all year. She then told me that she tells l customers to keep the old wipers for the rainy season. This information, might mean that O'Reilly won't sell as many new wiper blades as before, but it DOES ensure a happy customer for other sales. The decision to replace the entire wiper assembly is more expensive than just new wiper blades, but with the suggestion to keep the old assembly I won't be buying new blades every 3 years for the next 12 years.

Excellent service! I appreciate Hien for all the help he gave me.
My brake light broke, so I went in to the Fremont Blvd store to buy some new parts. I wasn't sure which one to grab, but Hien helped me out. He confirmed the correct bulb for my car and even went out to show me how to change the light. Hien was always friendly during the visit, and he definitely knew what he was doing.

Christian was the man! He helped me swap out my battery and made the whole process super easy. I came back later because the foam battery insulator was folded a little, and Hien helped me get it sorted out right away.
Honestly, the whole staff here is great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, even the employees who weren’t directly helping me still greeted me and talked with me. Really good customer service all around. Definitely coming back to this O’Reilly!
