I visited this location for the first time, and I left truly impressed and deeply grateful for the exceptional service I received. In a time when genuine customer care can be hard to find, this store stands out as a rare gem.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Among the many auto parts stores I’ve visited over the years, this location has by far the friendliest, most honest, and highly skilled team.
A special thank you to William, who went above and beyond in replacing my car battery. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also patient and kind—taking the time to ensure everything was done properly and safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.
I also want to recognize the manager, Romulo, whose leadership truly shows. He was attentive, approachable, and made sure every customer in the store was being helped. That level of care and presence makes a huge difference and speaks volumes about how this store is run.
What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism and genuine human kindness. The team doesn’t just do their job—they do it with excellence, integrity, and a sincere desire to help.
They truly live up to their slogan, “Professional Part People.” It’s not just a tagline—it’s a standard they embody through their knowledge, reliability, and dedication to customer service.

I am the manager for an auto repair shop in Lake Forest, and occasionally use this location.
Particularly, I want to mention Kenia in the parts or wholesale counter.
Working in automotive service for a long time now, you get to learn that knowing about cars is not exclusive to male or female these days, but for many working in the business, you often encounter that the employees are just working - they don't know anything or take an passion or interest in cars and how they work. So I have dealt with both males and females who just don't know anything, and it's rather disappointing. Everyday customer are relying on their expertise.
Kennia is amazing. She is thorough, detailed, and goes out of her way to help and find other solutions, proactive, when me, a little shop - is in need of something. She is very knowledgeable.
It doesn't take a lot for someone to take the extra step - and it shows. She doesn't have to, but she does anyway.
Too many times, these days, we all become satisfied with doing the bare minimum, and don't think about the business or where our heart is it with doing the right thing and the best job we can.
I pray she receives the recognition she deserves, because she makes it a pleasure to work with - you can trust what she does and recommends. Great job!

Went to pick up some parts they were the only store to have my parts in stock the same day. Met with a young gentleman named Victor. Very kind and helpful he took the parts out of the box to verify it was correct strongly recommend for your parts.

Going to O'Reilly's is a breeze! They had everything I needed for my car and assisted me with a few things out of my car which was very helpful. Their prompt customer service makes it easy to find anything in the store. It's always a quick stop.
