O'Reilly Auto Parts, is a great place for information and parts to fix your Automobile 🚘, if you are so inclined to do, that also have a tool lending program, that helps out with our backyard mechanics and if you allowed me to nostalgic, when I was but a wee one, growing up we had Grand Auto Parts Stores and now, we are totally blessed by O'Reilly Auto Parts, and that have quite a few locations on around, and their personnel are more than willing to help you find what you need, or looking for.

10/10 Highly recommend this location due to their stellar customer service. Shout out to NOE (pronounced NO-WAY) who was such a pleasure to work with today. To preface, my battery died about a week ago- I was able to get a jump from a friend and a recommendation to O'Reilly's. I called the Park Blvd location and was told depending on the time of day- I may not be able to get the battery installed because they were short on staff. (1-2 people) This was the case this morning when I called shortly after they opened so I drove to the Broadway location in Piedmont instead after calling and being told they could assist me. Noe was so nice- he tested my battery first (it was a dud) and we walked through the (3) options of batteries I could pick from. He cleaned the inside of the battery area removing all corrosion before installing the new battery. He had me test it out for some minutes before I went on my way. In total, I was probably there no more than 30 minutes. Noe also gave me great recommendations for my tires and mechanic needs when I inquired. I definitely will come back if needed.

This store provides a great service for car batteries—they charge and test them for free! The employees were very knowledgeable and courteous, helping us understand the results. After testing, we discovered our old battery couldn’t hold a charge, so we replaced it. Very helpful experience overall.

Radiator and Oil issues, Ryan was very Knowledgeable and Professional he helped my daughter and I, the car was literally busting at the seams. He approached the car and volunteered his services WOW!!! Please give this Man a raise and a vacation immediately!! Very thankful to have met him and as I said before he’s very Professional; an Excellent Representative of O’Reilly’s yayyyyy for Ryan thank you toooo much

The employees here are extraordinarily nice and truly care about the customer. My battery died and they gave me a jump, had me drive around for a while, and had me come back so they could be sure everything was okay and that my battery health was good. I also got new windshield wipers and they installed them for me right away. Such trustworthy, good people. I will definitely be back for any future needs! Thanks guys

The store can get busy and sometimes their cashier assignments make a simple purchase wait behind a long dialog about a dead battery. But when you get to the counter the people are knowledgeable and helpful. I rolled in with a carboy of waste oil in my pickup - before I got it to the ground someone came out and took it from me. It came back quick and clean.
