I want to give a sincere thank-you to the team at this O’Reilly location. I came in with a complicated battery issue that I could not resolve on my own, and instead of brushing me off or handing me the wrong tools, they actually took the time to understand what was going on and help me move forward. Their professionalism, patience, and respectful attitude made all the difference.
A special shout-out to Spencer (manager), who set the tone by leading with calm, knowledgeable, and encouraging leadership. He didn’t make a big deal about it or act like he was going out of his way — he just stepped in with the right guidance and made sure I had what was needed. The rest of the team followed that example, working together and treating me like a person, not a problem.
This happened right after on Dec 26, and the kindness they showed carried that spirit of the season — the kind that isn’t about decorations or sales, but about people treating each other with basic humanity. It mattered. Their help didn’t just get my car going; it lifted my spirits at a time when I needed to be reminded that there are still good people in the world.
No pressure, no judgment, no feeling like I was an inconvenience — just real customer service done right. Because of the way this team treated me, O’Reilly has earned my loyalty, and I’ll be recommending Store #3570 to anyone who needs auto parts or guidance.

Went in and got a headlight for my car. Spencer was amazing and provided outstanding service! He price matched a local vendor for my headlight and then he even installed it for me free of charge! I will be returning to O’Reilly for all my auto parts needs thanks to Spencer.

The tall gentleman not only looked up my windshield wiper, but got me the right one to match my other and even installed it for me! Such great customer service and will definitely be coming back for my car parts!!

Shoutout to Marcus who went above and beyond when I needed my battery switched out. It was super cold the night I came in, but he came outside and was quick, kind, and answered all my questions. Being a woman always feels like a nuisance coming into stores like these. A lot of times when I have to go into an auto parts store, workers either look or sound annoyed to help out. But Marcus was a great help, and I appreciate the effort he put in to provide knowledge and information without making you feel bad. I usually don’t write reviews, but he deserves the recognition for his excellent service.

Had a bad battery from another location not only did they find me a replacement Jay sent one of his guys to pick it up for me so I could get to work on time. Best service I've ever had at an O'Reilly's.

Came in late on a Sunday to pick up a replacement headlight and turn light bulb for my wife’s car. I was planning on installing them the next day myself.
As I walked in I was immediately greeted by Isaiah who suggested we double check the part numbers. We walked out to my wife’s car and two minutes later we were walking back in the store with the old bulbs in Isaiah’s hands. I bought the new bulbs and before I could say thanks Isaiah was out the door with me installing them.
I’m still in awe at Isaiah’s complete customer service that went above and beyond the call. You have a great representative at this store. Give this man a raise!
