Really lovely Australian guy named Allan helped me find the right bulb to replace one that went out in my tail light. Was so friendly and helped me match and install it right there in the parking lot. His quality customer service really made my day. As a lady, I find it so valuable when auto employees treat me with equal respect and don't act condescending. Allan was awesome. Give him a raise!

Huge shout-out to DJ for going above and beyond to help us fix our tire, even though it was outside his responsibilities. Awesome store! This happens to be the closest auto parts store to me, so naturally I went there a number of times when I did my own brake job. It was the first time I have ever done this, so I was figuring out how automobile brakes operate in real time with my car up on blocks on the street, haha! Let’s just say it was stressful! When I dug in, I found I needed a new caliper bracket for my brakes, which they had in stock. Everyone was super helpful. I remember one guy’s name was Mike, and another guy had colored hair, I wanna say green. They were both great. When I got to the front brakes, I found I needed more torque to remove the bracket-to-axle bolts, and I had to get a breaker bar. They had the perfect one in stock, and it worked amazingly well. Sure it was 5 bucks more than Harbor Freight, but I rode my bike there to get it, so I’m more than happy to pay a little extra, especially since it is so nice of a tool. Thanks for being there, and thanks for having a great staff, and having lots of random parts in stock. I could not have done it without you! My brakes work PERFECTLY, by the way, which is a great feeling

Jim the Assistant Manager was awesome got me the right coolant when i was about to buy wrong stuff and made sure i walked out with a Rewards account..Drew also was an awesome team player. Best Oreilly ever!
