Beyond grateful for the team at O'Reilly's. Anny, Kristy, and Mike were all amazing! Every time I come in, they're amazing! My alternator belt snapped, Mike was able to address the problem. The only part available was in NL, Anny drove to get it for me.. she wasn't even on the clock!!! Kristy was also super helpful! My battery died on my way to the mechanic, and Mike was sooo helpful. I'm back on the road again, and couldn't be anymore thankful!! They saved the day! If I could give 100 stars I would. My sincerest thank you to the team at O'Reilly's! -Nicole M

My mom and I went because she needed a new headlight bulb for her Subaru Forester passenger side. For those that don't know you have to remove a plastic cover to get to it. Another auto shop was trying to get hundreds of dollars to do it. It took 3 different people to try to remove the cap because we hadn't had to replace that headlight yet in over 10 years. The staff there was super helpful. So much so my mom bought them cupcakes. I hope the staff sees this and how much this meant to my mom and I. I highly recommend going here. They don't up sell you on stuff you don't need and they help install the parts too.

I don’t usually leave a review, but I was so impressed with the customer service at O’Reilly’s, and the amazing staff deserves a shout out. After having to jump start my car twice to make it there with two kids, I was immediately helped, my battery and starter were checked, my key fobs were replaced, the door was held for me, my kiddo hada lollipop, and only necessary work was done for a great price. Thank you to Max who helped my family. We will definitely be loyal customers here.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car battery died in my apartment complex and Anny said if I can get myself to the store, then she can have one of her staff get me back to my car to jump my car, then bring my car in. Ended up getting my car jumped by her staff member, and having the new battery installed, in less than 30 minutes! EXTREMELY helpful staff (thanks Anny and Andrew!), great customer service, and good price considering all the free help in jumping my car and installing the battery.
I called both AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts initially and both locations told me I had to come in and buy jumper cables, then jump my own car and bring it in, then they'd see if a battery would fit (not super helpful).
Anny ensured they had a battery that would fit and worked with me on the phone before coming in, so it was an extremely streamlined process! She also made sure to add any discounts to my purchase that she knew were available so that I'd be getting the best price.
I will absolutely come back in the future!

I went to O'Reilly's auto to buy a head light bulb for my car and not only did the man at the counter (Eddie) got it for me but he also installed the bulb in my car. Thank You, Eddie for helping a lady out. I highly recommend this place for all your auto needs. :)
