The staff members are fair. They are helpful and welcoming. They are, for the majority, quite personable. You get the feeling like O'Reilly's is a hometown family shop. There are so many options on the main street, but this place treats you like family. Still family...

O’Reilly Auto Parts is my go-to store whenever I need parts, fluids, tools, or other automotive supplies. Most of the time they have exactly what I need in stock, which is a huge advantage when you’re trying to get a repair done the same day. If I need something immediately, O’Reilly is usually my first stop because I can count on finding it without having to wait for shipping.
My only real criticism is pricing. Some items can be significantly more expensive than what I can find online or at competing stores. I understand the convenience factor, and sometimes paying a little more is worth it to have the part in hand right away, but there are definitely times when the price difference is noticeable.
One other thing I’d love to see improve is how female customers are treated. Many women today do their own repairs, maintenance, and research before walking into an auto parts store. Please don’t assume we don’t know what we’re talking about simply because we’re women. More often than not, we’ve already spent plenty of time researching the part, problem, or repair before coming through the door.
Overall, I continue to shop at O’Reilly because their inventory and availability are excellent, but a little more competitive pricing and a little less assumption about customers’ automotive knowledge would make the experience even better.

THANK YOU! First time at this place. Have been to other auto parts stores. This place is top notch. I had Bubba and Caleb help me out with wiper blades and they made sure that I got the right ones for my car. Talk about service.
Nice people and great service! I am driving to the airport in the morning and wanted to make sure that I had good wipers for my car. They offered to put the new ones on my car for me! THANK YOU so much!

I had bought a 12-volt starter battery for my Prius last year and it had already gone bad. I called the O'Reilly Auto parts store in Belleview to see if they had the part and I spoke with John. He said that they did have what I needed and that if I got there before he got off at 4:00 p.m., he would install it for me. I wasn't sure exactly when or where I had purchased the battery because I had been traveling at the time and did not have the receipt available; John checked their system and there was no record of me as a customer. He looked at the battery and saw that it was indeed from O'Reilly's and that it was under warranty. It took some detective work on his part to find the actual receipt for the purchase in their system. He was very concerned that I should not have to pay for a new battery and was determined to find the record of the warranty. He was able to do so, installed the new battery for me and I wasn't charged a penny. He went above and beyond to help me get this problem resolved at no cost to me and I really appreciated it. He also made sure that I am now in their system as a customer and this battery purchase was recorded in case of any future problems. I will continue to do business with this O'Reilly's. Ryan was an absolute pleasure, he changed my wipers and was super efficient and even educated me on some small details about my vehicle that I didnt know about!

Listen, I had one of the roughest days of my life yesterday. I had a hole in my tire, I do not have the upper body strength to put a plug in it. Gary Peck, honestly I feel an angel perhaps that you guys hired was such a huge help. He helped me get the tire plug on and was patient and hard working with me and my children. This man DESERVES a raise. A promotion and a raise. In fact give him both. I know he does not get paid enough to deal with things like that but I’m so appreciative he helped me out.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this O'Reilly location, all thanks to Rachael. It’s rare to find someone who combines expert-level automotive knowledge with such a genuine, helpful attitude.
I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed about what I needed, but Rachael immediately put me at ease. She didn't just point me to an aisle; she took the time to listen, double-check the specs for my vehicle, and ensure I was getting the best quality part for the best price. She is professional, efficient, and clearly knows her stuff.
