I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Kimberlee, Alex, and Rafael. Their customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. They were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional.
They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident with the help I was receiving. It’s not every day you come across employees who genuinely care about helping customers, but this team truly went above and beyond.
Kimberlee, Alex, and Rafael made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Their positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent customer service deserve recognition. I highly recommend this location because of them!

Went to O’Reilly’s today because I have been going around trying to return apart that didn’t fit. My car was sent to 1 million different. O’Reillys Harley came to the O’Reillys on university and 27th Ave. with the store manager Kimberlee. She made sure that she transferred money from wherever she had to make sure my experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this O’Reilly’s..

O Reilly auto parts is more expensive than Autozone but the quality in parts is much better so you get what you pay for
