I went to O’Reilly@ the Lauderhill location, on W.Commercial Blvd. I had gone to Advance Auto first, but they neither had the battery in stock for my car and they wouldn’t of installed it because as they said, “On certain cars” unfortunately my battery is half hidden.
I called O’Reilly and, yes they had “batteries” different brands, w 2,3,4 year guarantee.
I have to mention, The store manager, plz write his name, GERMAN😊 he was installing window wipers for a customer when I arrived. German was totally respectful.
Didn’t roll his eyes when I didn’t know, what size engine my car had, German was the only person on staff. When I asked if they could install the battery, he said, Yes, not a problem, although if a customer walks in to the store, I will have to stop and come back. I agreed and within 5 minutes it was installed!
Vrom, Vrom! It is so amazing to have this positive, respectful service with customers,
I will always go back to Oh, oh, oh O’REALLY
on west Commercial Blvd.
Thank you German, you are a 10 out of 10 in every level of custom service, go and check this place out for yourself

A few weeks ago I walked in and an employee initially told me they wouldn’t be able to replace the dead battery in my car, but German stepped in, assured me it was no issue, and took care of it quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much German!
His help was critical in allowing me to get back to my patients on time. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise and willingness to help! Highly recommended for anyone needing quick, reliable service.

Thanks for Ryan over here , I went in stressed out and confused, I left with the right spray paint for my car, he even went out of his way to twist my oil cap off that was stuck . Gave me some knowledge on a car I just bought. Staff is definitely patient and helpful. I don't do reviews often but Ryan deserves a shout out. Thank you again!

I went to this location this morning and received the best customer service I’ve received in years. From the moment I entered into the store until I said my final goodbye. I needed to purchase window wipers and light bulbs because the light had burned out on the passenger side on my car. Mr David walked me thru everything. Pricing, brands, best products, lighting, etc. After explaining everything to me I was able to make a sound decision. And he even assisted me by installing everything. Mr. David went above and beyond customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Was truly a pleasure shopping here.

Juan Diego is the best worker over there. He's very helpful, kind, an generous. Because of him my family and I started to make O'Reilly our place to to go for parts etc.
