I stopped in over the weekend to get a new battery. Devin was very kind to test my current battery to ensure that would resolve the issue. After the diagnoses, he quickly went over the options for different batteries with me and got my battery changed on the spot. Easiest repair experience I have ever had!

I had an excellent 5-star experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I came in needing assistance with a passenger-side light bulb replacement, and Louis was absolutely outstanding. He was thorough, attentive, and kind from the moment he began helping me. He not only took the time to make sure he diagnosed the correct light bulb that needed to be replaced, but he also checked to ensure all of the other lights were working properly.
Louis worked quickly and efficiently, while still performing numerous checks to make sure the bulb replacement was completed with the utmost quality. I understand that changing the bulb is not required and that the store’s responsibility is the sale, so the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied truly meant a lot. I really appreciate the care and effort he put into helping me and making me feel like a valued customer.
This location makes you feel like family, and their service feels genuinely trustworthy. Thank you, Louis, and thank you to the O’Reilly Auto Parts team for providing such a positive and dependable customer experience. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing honest, helpful, and quality service.

Ryan was super helpful when I came into the store. He helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to make sure I was getting the right part instead of just pointing me in the right direction. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. It’s not often you get customer service like that anymore, and I really appreciated him going the extra mile to make sure I left with everything I needed. Thanks again, Ryan!

Ryan is not the manager but he goes out he's way to help me with my parts for my daughter car .I can't give him 10 start but I got the 5 here .People need to b like him in this industry.

I was just at this store. I had a problem with my 2017 Ford’s undercarriage. I am in my 70’s and have a hard time getting up and down. Eric was working the counter and there were two others working in the store as well with very few customers.
I asked Eric to help me diagnose the problem. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came out to my car. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He got down on the wet ground and immediately saw what I needed. He not only found the parts that I needed but he took them out to my car and fixed the problem.
I was extremely impressed with how he handled my problems and recommend that that anyone who needs help with your vehicle, go to this location.

While attempting to find brake lines for my son’s Tacoma I ended up out at this O’Rileys. The manager and another employee were super helpful in trying to get me the right part and the rental tool to get the truck back up on the road. Made the frustrating project a little better.

I visited the O'Reilly's on East Colonial by Alafaya on two separate occasions and absolutely got exceptional customer service. The first time I visited this location Louis (I hope I got his name correct) was very instrumental in taking out a very corroded battery & uninstalling a brand new one.
The second time I visited this location, I received exceptional help from Dave & Louis. As long as I am in the area, I will definitely be visiting this location repeatedly. The customer service that I received was pristine and also very helpful. These men were very polite and educated me on things that were needed as well as what was going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly, and I want to give a special shout-out to Kris! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me to exactly what I needed. His expertise and confidence were evident throughout the visit. Kris made the visit smooth and stress-free, and his professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly hope management recognizes his outstanding work and takes good care of him. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting this location!

This is the only place I will go to Cj and Chris are awesome if they dont know something they take the time out to figure it out. These 2 have helped me on projects and make sure I get the right parts for the job. 1000 stars to both of them.
