Assistant GM who helped test and replace my battery was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the 12v battery in Priuses which a lot of people don’t know about. When issues still persisted he recommended Local Legends Automotive and I was back on the road in 24 hours. Great help with my battery and above and beyond help!

Garrett at the O’Reilly Auto Parts location at 2162 Commercial Way in Spring Hill provided outstanding customer service when I needed it most.
As a hospice nurse, I spend my days traveling to see patients, and after a long, stressful day, my Jeep began having issues due to a loose, corroded battery connection. Garrett immediately stepped in, quickly identified the problem, explained what was needed, and personally helped clean the corrosion, install the anti-corrosion products, and secure the connection.
His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thanks to Garrett, I was able to safely get back on the road and finish my day. He truly went above and beyond, and his kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. Because of this experience, I will forever be a lifelong O’Reilly customer and am incredibly grateful for his help.

I love this location, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Rey even changed my taillight for me on my jeep! I would recommend this store to anyone. I don't go anywhere else!

I can't say enough great things about O'Reilly on Commercial way . A gentleman named Kevin the assistant manager not only helped me figure out whats wrong with my car but found a part at no cost for me .the part I needed came with two and someone needed only one , anyways he saved me money and headache and put it together for me in the parking lot! Can't find good people in this world ,so glad I went to O'Reilly. You should too . Highly recommend
