In my humble opinion, this is probably the greatest O’Reilly store in all of America. First off, it is one of the largest, if not the largest store… and it is also a hub for the entire East Coast. So, it is gigantic behind the the storefront. But there are certain people that need to be commended. First off, Bobby, Bobby is a worker that I have followed for at least 10 years. He was in another store and wound up coming to this store to handle the commercial accounts. He is a visceral of knowledge. He also doesn’t give up until he is satisfied that he has exhausted every avenue to help you. The man has experience and that store is damn lucky to have him. The next person I want to thank is a store manager named Matt. Matt is not your typical store manager. This man also goes well above what is expected of anyone managing a store. As an example, I had a bad blower that needed parts. He not only helped me find the parts, but he even helped me put it together when the store was slow. The man goes above the Call of Duty® all the time, and people like him need to be recognized as well. The next person that needs to be thanked is Brendan. Brendan helped me on Friday evening when a car that I brought needed a battery. But this was no classic car type battery with an easy in and an easy out. It was a BMW that was bananas to get out. He stayed with me until we were exhausted and even tried to jump the car for 10 minutes. The guy went above what anyone else would have done in a situation like that. I eventually had to find someone that was a BMW mechanic in order to discombobulate everything that was attached to the battery and to release the battery. It was above both our pay grades. And also a great personality inside that place is Carlos. Carlos always has a friendly smile and is always eager to help. Cheyenne it’s not there too often lately, but it’s always very helpful when I see her. This is a great store. It’s almost like visiting friends when you go there to do business. parris, why I should use this store as a model. Well done!

I decided to stop at this location because the 12V outlet in my car wasn’t working . And here comes this young lady who was so helpful and determined to figure out what was causing it. She said it was one of the fuses and in the short amount of time it took her to locate and replace the right fuse, she literally taught me a good amount of information about my car.
Her name is Cheyanne and as she shared, she is currently in school. I’m hoping a manager at O’Reilly sees this and helps her pay for school. She is definitely an asset to the company and I see her going really far. Thanks Cheyanne!

Brendon worked very hard to solve my return issue,and solved it.I had an extra part not needed and Hamilton Mill store sent me to Gravel springs store. Seems to me Brendon cared about doing his job unlike the other store. I'm grateful for his dedication. Thanks Brendon✌🏼

I didn't know there was a store connected to the warehouse. The workers were very nice and helpful installing my battery.

there is a large night parking lot, in the morning at 5:20 they knocked on the truck, the appointment was for 8 am, they took the papers and gave the door for unloading, everything is very well organized, friendly, they unload quickly, there is a toilet in the office.., thank you for your work:)
