Five Star customer service.
I came in with a check engine light on fearing an expensive repair in my future. Tein diagnosed the promise in minutes, found the simple party replacement I needed and had me back on the road in minutes for under $25.

I want to recommend this O'Reilly's for its high quality service. Tien is absolutely fantastic! His service is excellent and he really helped me with what I needed for my car. Yaniel was so helpful in answering the million questions I had about my car’s battery, seat cover sizing, and how to install wheel covers. He installed all four of the wheel covers on my car and ran some tests on the battery to make sure it was still in good shape. Really appreciated the time he took to make sure all of my questions were answered. 10/10 recommend this location for great customer service!

The young man that assisted me was polite and helpful. While I'm not there often, I don't see the same people twice. The kid that helped me with new windshield wipers for my granddaughters car was great.

Yaniel was so helpful and nice !!! They are so lucky to have him working at this location !!! He helped us change brake light bulbs and went over and beyond !!! Hopefully his manager will read this !!! Thank you !!!!!! Do not hesitate to visit this location.

I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, thanks to Yaniel. He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and he actually took the time to understand what I needed for my car instead of just pointing me in the direction of the parts aisle. He helped me find the right part and made sure I was getting what I needed.
You can tell Yaniel genuinely cares about helping customers and knows what he’s talking about. The whole experience was quick, easy, and stress-free because of his help. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back to this O’Reilly’s. Thank you so much my guy!

I had never been to O’Reilly Auto Parts before, but after this experience, they have a new customer.
I spoke with Tien two days before coming in about replacing my brake light, and when I arrived this morning, he remembered our conversation and already had the part ready. He personally came outside and replaced the bulb for me, then took the extra time to make sure it was working properly. When it initially didn’t work because of a slight delay, he took it back out, checked everything again, and made sure it was fully working before I left.
The service itself was simple, but the level of care meant so much to me. I was in and out quickly, everything was handled from start to finish, and Tien was exceptional throughout the entire experience.
This was honestly one of the best end-to-end customer service experiences I’ve had in an auto parts store. Thank you, Tien, for being so helpful, attentive, and kind. O’Reilly definitely earned a new customer today.
