I wanted to leave an inspiring & thankful review. By the grace of God, someone pulled up to me on Wade Green and said both my bottom brake lights were out so I immediately turned into O'reilly riight there on Wade Green and was met with a genuine smile from Mrs. Dawn. She first suggested looking at the fuse issue first since both the brake lights were out, and if not I could replace the bulbs. After the fuse option didn't work, Mr. Kelly came outside with the biggest smile and helped me test them, then explained what to look for in the coils and how to tell if its blown. After my purchase he happily installed them so quick I was impressed. he's now my offical O'Reilly Grandpa here in Kennesaw😊.
Thanks to you both, your simple sugestions made me feel so much safer traveling on the road, since my job is literally driving all day. I'm forever grateful since it was a rough start for me already, but O'Reilly came through with the people, supplies and knowledge. Thanks!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dawn and Emily for the outstanding customer service they provided this morning.
I woke up to a car that wouldn’t start because my battery was heavily corroded and giving me trouble. Dawn took the time to test the battery, explain what was going on, and guide me on exactly what needed to be done. Thanks to her help, I was able to get back on the road quickly and with much less stress.
In situations like these, it’s important to acknowledge people who genuinely care, take pride in their work, and are willing to go the extra mile to help others. Dawn and Emily did exactly that. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a frustrating morning so much easier.
Thank you both! I appreciate you more than you know. You helped solve a major problem for me today, and your efforts did not go unnoticed.

Went in due faulty brake bulb and left with a new bestie- Dawn! Not only did she help with answering questions but she actually showed me how to change my bulb on my own. As a woman, any helpful car tips are always welcomed. She was such a sweetie and deserves a raise!!

Excellent service! My battery was bad and I had just replaced it in April. They tested it and replaced it immediately. And tested the starter along with the alternator. Service and appreciate these guys! Boom!

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and admiration for two of your employees, Evan (614570) and Alex (686300), whose actions went far beyond the call of duty and deserve the highest recognition.
I serve as the Camp Ranger for the Boy Scouts of America in Hall County, where I oversee Scoutland. On Sunday, September 14, 2025, I was returning from a science trip with a troop of Scouts when disaster struck: our 2003 Toyota Sequoia’s alternator failed and destroyed the battery, leaving us stranded in the parking lot of your Store #4460 in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Now, as a former AutoZone store and commercial manager, I know firsthand how inconvenient these situations can be for parts store staff. Customers coming in and out repeatedly during a crisis can strain even the most patient employee. Too often, frustration shows through.
But not with Evan and Alex. These two young men exemplified the absolute best in professionalism, composure, and customer service. They greeted my situation with empathy, guided me with patience, and worked alongside me to ensure I had what I needed to repair the vehicle and—most importantly—get my Scouts home safely.
Their calm leadership in a stressful moment, their willingness to assist without hesitation, and their unwavering courtesy reflect qualities that are all too rare today. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a story of teamwork and success. Quite frankly, if I had employees like Evan and Alex when I was managing stores, I would have considered myself truly fortunate. They are not just assets to your team—they are the kind of employees who elevate your entire company’s reputation.
I cannot thank them enough, and I strongly encourage O’Reilly Auto Parts to recognize their extraordinary service. These are the kind of individuals who make a lasting impression on customers and build loyalty for life.
