This retail part's store mirrors all part's retailers around this county, outside this County. After I, myself visited this store: "Google" asked me about this establishment, I had a "(thought)" to research "[O'Reilly's]" origins, the "supplied" [online Ai, Wikipedia results] i, myself: "[personally offered]" to "assist" other's via our [technology] given "(tools)"!

(Translated by Google) Auto parts store with a wide selection of vehicle parts, tools, and supplies. Better than some other stores in the same category, as I looked elsewhere and one didn't have what I needed, and the other was closed in all its locations. From now on, O'Reilly is my favorite store. Plus, the service is top-notch.

Mejor que algunas otras tiendas del mismo ramo, ya que busqué otras opciones y en una de ellas no tenían lo que necesitaba y la otra estaba cerrada en todas sus sucursales. I went in yesterday for a diagnostic test on my vehicle at the 10120 W Overland location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was assisted promptly, and they were able to tell me what was wrong. Brenda was so great, thank you!! Highly recommend this auto parts store. 🙂🫶

They're always so friendly here. I had to bring my 89-year-old mother in to get some windshield wiper blades. Without even asking they installed them on her car. And did so with a smile. I really do appreciate this place.

Manager Brenda had a very bad attitude. I have been a customer of Oreilly’s for a couple of years now. The rest of the employees have been really helpful, but the last two times ive worked with the store manager ive had nothing but lectures and bad attitude. I will seek help from the other employees next time i come in.

I broke a spark plug in my engine Block. if it wasn’t for the two younger men working and helping me figure out ways to get it out I’m sure I’d still be stuck and in desperate help. They helped me brainstorm and figure out the right tools for the job. I probably spend 400$ on tools and baught a remote camera to look inside my engine and they said I could return it when I’m done (had it for maybe a total of 10 hours and I barley used it) Absolutely helpful and made me never want to choose anything but Orilyes to help me. I went to return them the next day and some older lady just seemed so upset that I was returning it and she just kept repeating “we aren’t allowed to do that” just a disgusting attitude. She’s upset over something she wasn’t even a part of. She did end up letting me return it but her attitude was just nasty. You aren’t allowed to go out of your way to help someone in desperate need of help? You’re not allowed to be nice and helpful? I’d never buy anything from there when she’s working bc with that attitude, no one wants your help. Seemed liked she was upset that they made orileys the best auto parts store in my eyes. I’ll always tell people to go here for their needs. But she was just disgusting. At 11am and something you weren’t even a part of letting it upset you for no reason. Get an attitude check.
