Came in with a hole in my tire and Nick was quick to offer help. He pointed me to the tire repair section and even came out to the parking lot to help plug the tire himself. Highly recommend coming here, the guys working here are good honest people.

I needed to jumpstart my car in the Jimenez grocery parking lot, and had forgotten my phone at home. I walked to O’Reilly and asked if they could help. “Little” Nick was quick to help me, walked to the grocery store parking lot with me and was able to help with my car. He also offered me his phone so I could call a family member and let them know. He was very helpful and saved the day after a hectic morning!! Thank you Nick! 😁 Great Customer service!

I just wanna throw a shout out to manager Matt for the way he treated me and is outstanding professionalism and customer service towards the senior customer. I’m going to use this O’Reilly for my automotive needs in the future because of my experience today. Keep up the good work guys.

I asked if they would diagnose my engine light being on. I think his name was Nick immediately performed the task and provided a printout of the diagnostic codes. Mat and Nick explained in laymen terms what the problem was, how difficult it was to repair, and how much the part would cost. Extremely professional! Thanks for your help.

Let’s recap the two times I have been in here. The first time I came for a headlight, I think Matt came right out to my car, made a slight adjustment and fixed it in under a minute. Second time went in to address a battery issue and Nick had 10 star ⭐️ customer service to help me find a solution- came to my car, checked the issue, found the belt to purchase, and recommended a great mobile mechanic to help out. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient when explaining the problem and realistic options I had. He came by twice to check on me and make sure I was doing okay.
Very wonderful customer service by Matt, Nick, and the whole team here is excellent. I highly recommend if you have any mechanic needs- they will definitely find a solution that is friendly, helpful, and cost effective! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service! ☺️🙏☀️
