I had such a wonderful experience with Sam! I called from Texas trying to locate a part for my aunt’s car in Illinois, and Sam went above and beyond to help me over the phone. She was extremely friendly, patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Within about 30 minutes, she had everything worked out, and my aunt was able to stop by the store, pick up the part she needed, and be on her way. Sam made what could have been a stressful situation so easy, especially with me trying to handle everything from another state.
Excellent customer service is always worth recognizing, and Sam truly deserves the recognition. Thank you so much, Sam, for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help us. We truly appreciate you! 🤗

I didn’t catch his name, but an employee greeted me immediately when I walked in, helped me find the tool I needed to tighten a bolt on my car door, and he even tightened it for me right there. This isn’t my usual store I stop by, but I’ll for sure some back here first when I need something thanks to the great customer service.

Yesterday AutoZone tested my battery and told me it needed to be replaced. After buying a new battery, I went to two different AutoZone locations, but neither of them was willing to help install it. I then found this O’Reilly Auto Parts online and came here expecting to pay for installation.
To my surprise, Cris was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Even though I didn’t purchase the battery from this store, he kindly installed it for me for free, patiently explained everything, and made sure everything was working properly. He also reassured me that there was nothing to worry about, which I really appreciated.
Huge thanks to Cris for the excellent service! I highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely come back here for any future car needs.

Clem was incredibly helpful when we went in to get a new battery. Even with the temperature being below zero and snow coming down, Clem was more than happy to help us replace the battery in our car. We were back on the road quickly with no wait. I highly recommend coming to this store if you value customer service.

O'Reilly is the best auto parts shop I've been. Cris got a headlight bulb of my old car with such efficiency and he generously changed it for me even though it was so late and cold at night, as I already got pulled over by the police because of my broken bulb. Their manager also helped me with my turning signal a couple of weeks ago. They are so kind and professional. Thank you for making me feel at home when I'm thousands of miles away from home :)
